Convocation Venues in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad has 22 venues listed on Spalba that are equipped for formal academic graduation ceremonies. The stock spans well-known hotel properties spread across key localities — from Kaushambi and Vaishali in the west to Sahibabad, Vasundhara, and the Raj Nagar belt further east. Whether you are planning a departmental ceremony for a few dozen graduates or a university-wide convocation for several hundred, this city's venue mix offers genuine options worth examining closely.

The Venue Mix in Ghaziabad

The convocation venues available here are largely anchored in established hotel properties, which bring with them dedicated banquet and function halls suited to formal ceremonies. Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi Delhi NCR and Golden Tulip Vasundhara are among the prominent options, as are Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad and Fortune District Centre ,Ghaziabad. Mid-scale hotels such as Sk Klyde Grand, Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites, Vaishali, Fortune District Centre, Ghaziabad, and Hotel Le Crescent round out the selection. Named function spaces within these properties include halls such as Adhyay, Utsav, Parinay, and several dedicated meeting rooms, giving organisers the flexibility to choose a space calibrated to their ceremony's formality and scale.

Capacity Guidance for Your Ceremony

Across the 22 venues, seating capacity ranges from as few as 3 to a maximum of 1,200, though the typical working range sits between 70 and 350 — reflecting the city's stronger supply of mid-size ceremony halls. Of the listed spaces, 37 fall under the 200-seat mark, making Ghaziabad particularly well-suited to departmental or faculty-level convocations for smaller graduating cohorts. Only 3 spaces cross the 600-seat threshold, so institutions expecting very large gatherings should shortlist those properties early and confirm hall configurations before proceeding with other planning.

Where Venues Are Located

Ghaziabad's convocation venues are distributed across a wide arc of the city. Kaushambi and Vaishali — both well-connected and commercially developed — host several of the prominent hotel properties. The Sahibabad corridor, including Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, adds further options for institutions located in the eastern stretches of the NCR. The Raj Nagar and RDC (Raj Nagar District Centre) belt, along with localities such as Vasundhara, Sanjay Nagar, Navyug Market, Raj Nagar Extension, and Lal Kuan, provide additional coverage across the city. This spread means most institutions will find at least a few venues within convenient reach of their campus.
