Bhanwar Party Lawn

One of the distinctive advantages of hosting an event at Bhanwar Party Lawn is its location within the AapnoGhar resort, water park, and amusement park complex. Corporate groups and social event organisers frequently combine daytime access to the park attractions with an evening function on the lawn. Whether park access is included in an event package or available as an add-on should be confirmed directly with the AapnoGhar events team.

The lawn is designed to accommodate sizeable gatherings, but the exact standing and seated capacity figures depend on the layout chosen — banquet style, cocktail setup, or a combination. For a precise capacity based on your specific event format, it is best to reach out to the AapnoGhar events team directly.

Bhanwar Party Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space. Its open-sky setting is a key part of its appeal, particularly for daytime functions, pre-wedding celebrations, and festive evening gatherings. Event organisers planning around weather should discuss contingency arrangements with the venue team when booking.

As an open-air lawn, Bhanwar Party Lawn is subject to weather conditions, which is an important consideration especially during monsoon season (July–September) in Gurugram. Organisers should speak with the AapnoGhar events team about available options such as temporary canopy or tent structures, as well as any alternative indoor spaces on the property that could serve as a backup.

AapnoGhar is a full-service resort property and is expected to offer catering services for events held at Bhanwar Party Lawn. Whether outside caterers are permitted, and what the specific menu and service options are, should be confirmed with the events team, as policies can vary depending on the type and scale of the event.

Yes, the lawn is well suited to wedding functions including reception dinners, sangeet nights, and mehendi ceremonies, where its outdoor ambience and open footprint are a natural fit. The surrounding greenery and landscaping of the AapnoGhar resort grounds contribute to the setting without requiring extensive additional décor. Couples should contact the venue to check availability for their preferred dates.

AapnoGhar is located in Sector 77, Gurugram, and is accessible via NH-48, the Delhi–Jaipur expressway corridor, making it convenient for guests travelling from Delhi and across the NCR. The broad arterial road network in this part of Gurugram also makes it manageable for large guest groups arriving by private coach or bus. Guests should verify the most current route and entry point with the property before the event day.

AapnoGhar has its own parking infrastructure to accommodate guests arriving by personal vehicles, which is a practical advantage for large-event organisers managing sizeable guest lists. The availability of dedicated event parking and any arrangements for bus or coach parking should be confirmed with the venue team at the time of booking.

The lawn is a popular choice for corporate team outings, where organisations combine a daytime recreational experience at the AapnoGhar water park and amusement park with a formal dinner, awards function, or team dinner on the lawn in the evening. This all-in-one resort format is one of the key reasons corporate groups from the Delhi-NCR region choose the venue. The events team can help structure a package that covers both recreation and the formal event segment.

Details about in-house audio-visual equipment, sound systems, and lighting rigs available for events at Bhanwar Party Lawn should be confirmed directly with the AapnoGhar events team. Organisers should also check whether outside AV vendors are permitted if specific technical requirements exceed what the venue provides.

As the lawn sits within a resort and amusement park complex, there may be guidelines around the use of certain décor elements — such as open flames, heavy structural installations, or items that could affect the broader property. Organisers planning elaborate floral, lighting, or themed décor should discuss these details with the venue before finalising vendors.

AapnoGhar is a resort property and is understood to offer accommodation, which can be a useful option for outstation guests or wedding parties who wish to stay on the premises. The exact room types, availability, and any group booking arrangements linked to an event at Bhanwar Party Lawn should be checked with the property directly.

Prospective event organisers can initiate an inquiry through the AapnoGhar official website at aapnoghar.com or by contacting the property's events team directly. It is advisable to inquire well in advance for popular dates such as weekends, festive seasons, and the peak wedding season (October–February in the NCR region). The team can provide a customised quote based on the event type, expected guest count, and services required.

The open-air, outdoor nature of Bhanwar Party Lawn and its position within a large resort complex make it a practical candidate for events requiring significant space and outdoor energy, such as a baraat procession arrival or a sangeet with a live performance area. Whether a formal stage, dance floor, and sound rig can be accommodated within the lawn's layout for such setups should be verified with the AapnoGhar events team, who can advise based on your specific guest count and configuration.
