Lawn Area

Capacity at the Lawn Area depends on the seating layout and event configuration chosen. For precise figures suited to your event type — whether theatre-style, banquet seating, or a cocktail-style standing arrangement — it is best to contact the Ambria Exotica Valencia events team directly.

Yes, the outdoor setting of the Lawn Area makes it a popular choice for wedding ceremonies as well as pre-wedding celebrations such as mehendi, sangeet, and haldi functions. The open-air atmosphere lends itself naturally to both traditional and contemporary wedding aesthetics. The space can be dressed with floral arrangements, draping, lighting, and stage setups to match the couple's vision.

As an open-air lawn space, the Lawn Area is subject to weather conditions. Hosts planning events during Delhi's monsoon season or cooler winter months should discuss weather contingency options — such as temporary marquees or tent covers — with the Ambria Exotica Valencia team well in advance. It is advisable to clarify the property's policy on weather-related contingencies at the time of booking.

Ambria Exotica is a full-service banquet property, and catering services are typically part of the event package offering. Whether in-house catering is mandatory or whether outside caterers are permitted should be confirmed directly with the events team, as policies can vary by event type and package.

The open layout of the Lawn Area gives decorators and event planners considerable creative freedom to work with custom themes. The space can be configured for elaborate floral installations, illuminated stage backdrops, and varied seating arrangements. Whether the property offers in-house décor services or works with preferred vendors should be verified with the team at Ambria Exotica Valencia.

Ambria Exotica Valencia is located in Sector 27 Dwarka, a planned sector with organised roads. Whether dedicated on-site parking is available and how many vehicles it accommodates should be confirmed with the venue directly before finalising your guest list and transport arrangements.

The property is located in Sector 27 Dwarka in south-western Delhi. Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station on the Blue Line is among the nearest metro access points, from where guests can take a short auto-rickshaw or cab ride to the venue. Guests travelling from Gurugram or NH-48 can also reach the locality via the Dwarka Expressway corridor.

Delhi's local authority regulations typically impose noise curfew timings for outdoor events, particularly in residential sectors such as Dwarka. Hosts planning late-night music or DJ setups should discuss permissible sound levels and event end times with the Ambria Exotica Valencia team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Yes, the Lawn Area's flexible open layout makes it a practical option for corporate events including product launches, outdoor networking evenings, and team gatherings. The refreshing outdoor setting offers an alternative to conventional indoor conference venues. The events team can advise on AV setup, staging, and configuration options for corporate requirements.

Many full-service banquet properties provide or arrange AV and sound equipment for outdoor events. Whether Ambria Exotica Valencia supplies in-house AV infrastructure for the Lawn Area or coordinates with external vendors should be confirmed with their events team when making an enquiry.

Availability and pricing for the Lawn Area can be enquired about through the official Ambria Exotica website at ambria.in or by contacting the property's events team directly. It is advisable to provide your event date, expected guest count, and event type to receive an accurate proposal.

Ambria Exotica Valencia operates as a full banquet property, and combining the Lawn Area with indoor spaces for multi-function events — such as a ceremony outdoors and a reception indoors — may be possible. This should be discussed with the events team, who can advise on joint booking options and logistical arrangements for the same event date.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by property and booking agreement. Hosts should review the terms carefully and ask the Ambria Exotica Valencia events team for written clarification on advance notice requirements, deposit refund conditions, and any applicable charges before confirming the booking.

Accessibility for guests with mobility requirements is an important consideration when choosing an outdoor lawn venue. Prospective hosts should confirm with the Ambria Exotica Valencia team whether the pathways and entry points to the Lawn Area are step-free and suitable for elderly guests or wheelchair users, and whether any additional arrangements can be made if needed.
