Grand Chalet hall

Country Club Undri operates as a private members' club, which can affect how non-members access its event spaces. In many club properties of this type, non-members may book halls for events with the sponsorship or co-ordination of a member, or through a direct inquiry to the club's events department. The exact guest and booking policy for non-members should be confirmed with the club administration before proceeding.

Verified capacity figures for the Grand Chalet Hall are not publicly available and can vary depending on the seating layout chosen — theatre-style, banquet round-table, or cocktail standing configurations each yield different numbers. It is best to reach out to the Country Club Undri events team with your preferred layout and guest count so they can advise on whether the hall is the right fit.

As an established club property, Country Club Undri is expected to have in-house catering capabilities to support events held at the Grand Chalet Hall. The specific menus available — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, multi-cuisine, and customised menus — as well as any policy on engaging external caterers, should be discussed directly with the club's events and catering team.

Yes, the Grand Chalet Hall's versatile format makes it appropriate for corporate events such as conferences, team offsites, product launches, and awards ceremonies. The private-members' club atmosphere adds a degree of prestige that many corporate clients find appealing for client-facing or senior-leadership events. Audio-visual and seating configurations can typically be arranged to suit business event formats — specific AV capabilities should be confirmed with the venue.

The availability of audio-visual equipment such as projectors, screens, microphone systems, and sound setups at the Grand Chalet Hall has not been independently verified. Club venues of this type generally offer basic AV infrastructure, with additional equipment available through in-house or approved vendors. Event organisers should request a detailed AV inventory from the Country Club Undri events team during the site visit.

Club properties typically provide dedicated on-site parking for members and event guests, and Country Club Undri is expected to have parking facilities on its premises. The exact parking capacity and any arrangements for valet or overflow parking during large events should be confirmed with the club ahead of the event date.

Country Club Undri is located in the Undri area in Pune's southern corridor. Travel time to and from Pune International Airport will depend on traffic conditions and the route taken, and specific distances should be verified using a live mapping service or by consulting the club directly. It is advisable to factor in peak-hour traffic when planning transport logistics for outstation guests.

Undri is situated in southern Pune and is generally well connected to nearby localities including Hadapsar, Wanowrie, and NIBM Road, making it accessible to guests travelling from the eastern and southern parts of the city. The area's growth as a residential corridor means road infrastructure has improved in recent years. Guests travelling from central Pune or from the airport should plan for travel time based on current road conditions.

The Grand Chalet Hall's club setting and flexible event format make it well suited to pre-wedding celebrations including engagement ceremonies and sangeet evenings. The venue's atmosphere — combining a sense of exclusivity with attentive hospitality — complements multi-function wedding weekends. Couples planning a series of wedding events should discuss the full schedule with the events team to understand availability and any package options.

Policies on external decorators, florists, entertainment vendors, and other third-party suppliers vary by club property. Some clubs maintain an approved vendor list while others allow fully external teams. The specific vendor policy for the Grand Chalet Hall should be clarified with Country Club Undri's events management before finalising any supplier contracts.

As a private members' club, Country Club Undri is expected to offer recreational facilities — which may include swimming pools, sports courts, or other leisure amenities — as part of the broader club campus. Whether these facilities are open to guests attending events at the Grand Chalet Hall, and on what terms, depends on the club's guest access policy and should be confirmed ahead of the event.

The Grand Chalet Hall is an indoor venue, which provides climate-controlled comfort regardless of weather conditions — an important consideration for Pune's monsoon season. The hall supports multiple seating configurations including theatre-style arrangements for presentations and banquet round-table layouts for dining events. Specific dimensions and the maximum capacity for each layout should be discussed with the Country Club Undri events team during the planning stage.
