Details about audio-visual equipment, sound systems, projectors, and lighting rigs available at the Pearl should be requested directly from the Elegant Waterfront Resort events team. The availability and standard of in-house AV can significantly affect production costs, so clarifying what is included and what must be brought in by an external supplier is a useful early step.

The Pearl's most distinctive quality is its location within a lakeside resort in Shivane — it offers guests a genuine sense of arrival and occasion that a conventional urban banquet hall cannot easily replicate. The open skies, natural waterfront surroundings, and resort-style hospitality create an environment where the setting itself becomes part of the event experience. For planners seeking a venue that feels like a destination without requiring long-distance travel from Pune, the Pearl stands out as a compelling choice.
