Senate 1

Exact capacity figures for Senate 1 depend on the chosen seating arrangement — theatre, classroom, boardroom, or banquet style — and should be confirmed directly with the Golden Suites events team. Reaching out before shortlisting will help ensure the configuration you need fits comfortably within the hall.

Yes, Golden Suites has multiple event spaces on the property, so multi-room or multi-session programmes can be planned by combining Senate 1 with adjacent halls. This makes the property a practical option for residential conferences or training days that need breakout rooms alongside a main plenary space. Availability and combined pricing should be discussed with the venue's events coordinator.

Golden Suites is a hotel property and offers guest rooms on-site, which is a notable convenience for residential conferences, overnight training programmes, or wedding parties travelling from outside Gurugram. Having accommodation and the event space under one roof simplifies logistics for both organisers and attendees. Room block availability and group rates can be arranged through the hotel directly.

Golden Suites is located in Gwal Pahari, a locality that sits on the Gurugram–Faridabad border in Haryana. The property connects to NH-48 (the Delhi–Jaipur Expressway) and the Sohna Road corridor, making it accessible from corporate campuses in southern and eastern Gurugram as well as from Faridabad. Its position away from dense city traffic can mean more predictable travel times for delegates coming from multiple directions.

Indira Gandhi International Airport is reachable from Gwal Pahari via the NH-48 expressway. The actual travel time varies depending on traffic conditions and the specific terminal, so outstation guests and delegates are advised to check live route times when planning their travel.

The Gwal Pahari location places Golden Suites at the meeting point of the Gurugram and Faridabad corridors, making Senate 1 a practical neutral venue for corporate teams drawn from both areas. Avoiding a city-centre location can also reduce travel friction for delegates commuting from the Faridabad side. This geographic positioning is one of the reasons the property is used for inter-city training and meeting programmes.

Specific details about the AV equipment available in Senate 1 — such as projectors, screens, microphones, or video-conferencing facilities — should be confirmed with the Golden Suites events team, as available setups can vary. It is advisable to share your technical requirements in advance so the venue can confirm what is provided in-house and what may need to be arranged separately.

As a hotel property, Golden Suites typically provides in-house catering services for events. Details about menu options, dietary accommodations, and whether outside caterers are permitted should be verified with the hotel's events department before booking.

Senate 1 can generally be set up in multiple configurations — such as theatre, classroom, boardroom, or banquet style — to suit the nature of the event. Organisers should specify their preferred layout and any special setup requirements when making an enquiry so the team can confirm what is feasible within the space.

Bookings for Senate 1 are typically handled through Golden Suites' events or reservations team, either by phone, email, or through an enquiry form. It is recommended to check availability well in advance, especially for peak seasons and weekends. Specific terms around deposits, confirmations, and cancellations will be provided by the hotel at the time of enquiry.

Golden Suites is a hotel property and is expected to have parking facilities on-site for event attendees, but the exact capacity and any charges should be confirmed directly with the hotel. For large events with a significant number of vehicles, it is advisable to discuss parking logistics with the events team ahead of the event day.

While Senate 1's formal, composed aesthetic and hall format make it a natural fit for corporate events, the space is also suitable for social occasions such as engagement ceremonies, pre-wedding gatherings, and milestone celebrations where a more intimate, private setting is preferred. Its contained layout works well for events where the focus is on a curated guest experience rather than a large-scale celebration.

Gwal Pahari sits at the quieter, greener fringe of Gurugram, away from the high-density commercial corridors of areas like Cyber City or Golf Course Road. This can offer a calmer, less congested environment for events where focus and comfort matter — such as leadership retreats, residential training programmes, or private social functions. The setting does not compromise access to major road links, including NH-48.

Senate 1, combined with Golden Suites' on-site hotel accommodation, is well positioned for multi-day residential programmes. Delegates can stay on the property, reducing commute time and supporting a focused, immersive event experience. Organisers should contact the hotel to discuss room blocks, meal packages, and any specific requirements for extended-day programmes.
