Mehfil at Hotel Runway Inn Varanasi is a dedicated event and banquet venue designed to host a broad range of social and professional gatherings in a setting that balances warmth with functionality. The name itself — Mehfil, an Urdu word evoking an intimate gathering or celebratory assembly — signals the spirit the space is built around: bringing people together for occasions that matter. The hall offers a well-appointed interior with décor that strikes a comfortable middle ground between festive and formal, making it equally at ease hosting a wedding reception, a corporate seminar, or a milestone family celebration.
The venue is situated within Hotel Runway Inn Varanasi, a property that serves the Babatpur area of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Babatpur is home to Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, which places Mehfil in a strategically convenient location for outstation guests, delegates, and families travelling from across the country. Mehfil is positioned as a versatile venue suited to the full spectrum of events that characterise celebratory and professional life in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Wedding functions — from pre-wedding ceremonies such as mehendi and sangeet to the main reception — find a natural home here, as do corporate events including conferences, product launches, training sessions, and formal dinners. Social gatherings such as birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, and family get-togethers are equally well served by the space.
