Hi-tech Board Room

As a dedicated board room, the space is designed for small, high-level groups rather than large audiences. The precise seating capacity should be confirmed directly with the ITC Kohenur events team, as configurations may vary depending on the meeting format.

The Hi-tech Board Room is equipped with integrated audio-visual infrastructure, including high-definition display systems, professional sound, and connectivity to support presentations and video conferencing. Specific equipment specifications and any additional AV requirements can be discussed with the hotel's in-house events and technology team.

Yes — the name reflects the room's location within ITC Kohenur in Madhapur, which sits at the heart of Hyderabad's HITEC City corridor, the city's leading technology and business district. The neighbourhood's identity as a global tech hub informed the naming of this purpose-built corporate meeting space.

This certification extends to how the property's spaces, including its meeting rooms, are managed and serviced. Organisations with environmental sustainability commitments may find this a relevant consideration when choosing the venue.
