Utsav

Yes, Utsav at Justa Ssatva Resort is positioned as a destination wedding venue, benefiting from Udaipur's status as one of India's most sought-after wedding destinations. Guests and family members can combine the celebration with a stay at the resort and explore the city's heritage landmarks such as City Palace and Lake Pichola. The resort-based setting allows couples to consolidate accommodation, dining, and event functions in one location.

Utsav can host a range of pre-wedding celebrations including mehendi, sangeet, and haldi ceremonies, in addition to the main wedding event. This makes it possible to hold an entire wedding programme across multiple days without changing venues. The resort's team can advise on how to plan and sequence different functions across the available spaces.

Utsav offers a resort environment that is well suited to corporate meetings, team-building retreats, and off-site business programmes. The combination of event infrastructure and resort amenities supports multi-day corporate schedules where participants benefit from staying on the property. Organisers should contact the resort directly to discuss AV requirements, room setup preferences, and delegate accommodation.

Justa Ssatva Resort is a full-service resort property, which means event guests can stay on-site rather than arranging accommodation elsewhere in Udaipur. This is a key logistical advantage for destination weddings and multi-day corporate programmes. The exact number of guest rooms and room categories available for group bookings should be confirmed with the reservations team.

The resort is located in Savina, on the outskirts of Udaipur in Rajasthan, India. The Savina area offers a quieter resort environment while keeping the property connected to the city's attractions and transport links. Guests travelling from other cities can reach Udaipur via Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) or Udaipur City Railway Station.

Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) serves Udaipur with regular domestic connections and is the primary arrival point for outstation guests. The exact distance and travel time between the airport and Justa Ssatva Resort in Savina should be confirmed with the property, as this can vary depending on traffic and the specific route taken. The resort team can also advise on transfer arrangements.

As a full-service resort, Justa Ssatva Resort is expected to offer in-house catering for events hosted at Utsav, covering a range of cuisines and menu formats suitable for weddings and corporate functions. Specific menu options, the possibility of hiring an outside caterer, and any additional food and beverage arrangements should be discussed with the resort's events and catering team during the planning process.

Event organisers typically have the flexibility to personalise Utsav with custom décor, floral arrangements, and thematic setups that reflect the nature of the occasion. Whether it is a traditional Rajasthani wedding aesthetic or a contemporary corporate look, the resort's events team can guide planners on décor options and any operational guidelines. It is advisable to discuss preferred décor vendors and setup requirements at the time of booking.

Event spaces at resort properties like Justa Ssatva Resort generally support standard AV requirements including sound systems, projection, and lighting. For specific technical specifications — such as screen sizes, microphone setups, or live music permissions — planners should request a full AV inventory from the venue team before finalising the event brief.

Resort properties in Udaipur typically provide parking for guests and event attendees. Specific information about parking capacity and whether dedicated arrangements can be made for large events such as weddings should be confirmed with the Justa Ssatva Resort team ahead of the event date.

To book Utsav at Justa Ssatva Resort, prospective clients are advised to contact the property's events or sales team directly to check availability, discuss event requirements, and receive a customised proposal. Justa Hotels operates across multiple properties, so the team brings experience in handling a variety of event formats. Details on deposit structures and cancellation terms will be outlined in the venue's booking agreement.

The availability of indoor and outdoor configurations at Utsav within the Justa Ssatva Resort should be verified directly with the property, as the specific layout options depend on the venue's physical design. Udaipur's climate can vary seasonally, so it is worth discussing weather contingency plans with the events team if an outdoor or open-air component is part of the event vision.

Capacity at Utsav can vary depending on the event format, seating arrangement, and whether the space is used for a seated dinner, a standing cocktail reception, or a stage-based function. The venue team at Justa Ssatva Resort can provide exact figures for different setups and advise on the configuration that best suits the expected guest count.

Savina's position on the outskirts of Udaipur means event guests enjoy a resort atmosphere with easy access to the city's celebrated heritage sites, including City Palace and Lake Pichola, making the trip itself an experience beyond the event. Udaipur is widely regarded as one of India's premier destinations for weddings and celebrations, lending a built-in grandeur to any occasion hosted here. The combination of Rajasthani cultural richness and resort comfort in a single location is a compelling draw for both hosts and guests.
