Alsace is one of the dedicated event and banquet spaces at Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, a full-service hotel positioned along the Outer Ring Road corridor in Bellandur — one of Bengaluru's most active commercial and tech-driven neighbourhoods. The space carries the polished, contemporary character that defines the Novotel brand globally, offering a setting that feels professional without being sterile, and welcoming without sacrificing the kind of finish that corporate and social hosts expect. Its name, drawn from the Alsace region of France, hints at a certain refinement that runs through the hotel's overall design language.
The venue is suited to a wide range of occasions — from corporate conferences, board meetings, product launches, and training workshops to social celebrations such as cocktail receptions, milestone birthdays, and pre-wedding functions. The broader event infrastructure of Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road means that Alsace operates within a well-resourced property, with access to the hotel's catering team, audiovisual support, and event coordination services.
Alsace is an air-conditioned, pillar-free or structured banquet-style hall that benefits from the hotel's standard setup of modern AV equipment, adjustable lighting, and flexible furniture configurations — allowing the room to transition between theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom, and banquet layouts depending on the nature of the event. The interiors reflect a neutral, adaptable palette that works equally well dressed up for a gala dinner or stripped back for a focused conference session. In-house catering covers both Indian and international menus, with the hotel's food and beverage team handling everything from coffee-break spreads to full multi-course dinners.
As part of a branded Novotel property, the space also benefits from the hotel's wider amenities — including on-site guest rooms for outstation attendees, all-day dining, and dedicated event support staff who manage logistics from inquiry to execution.
Bellandur sits at the heart of Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road tech belt, placing Alsace within easy reach of major IT parks and business campuses including those in Marathahalli, Sarjapur Road, and Whitefield. The location makes it a practical choice for corporate events drawing attendees from across the city's eastern and south-eastern employment corridors. Kempegowda International Airport is accessible via the ORR, and the surrounding area is well served by road infrastructure, with parking available at the hotel. For guests travelling by metro, Bengaluru's expanding network continues to improve connectivity to the Bellandur area, though attendees are advised to confirm the most current transit options at the time of their event.
