Bordeaux is a dedicated event space at Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, the full-service Accor hotel situated in Bellandur — one of Bengaluru's most active technology and business corridors. Designed to host a broad range of gatherings, Bordeaux carries the understated elegance and functional precision that the Novotel brand is known for internationally. The room is well-suited to mid-sized corporate and social events, offering a self-contained environment where delegates, guests, and hosts can focus on what matters without distraction. Whether the occasion calls for a focused business meeting, a workshop, a product presentation, or an intimate celebration, Bordeaux provides the setting with the full backing of the hotel's professional events team.
The interiors are clean and contemporary, reflecting Novotel's signature style — neutral tones, controlled lighting, and a layout that can be configured to suit the event format. Standard audiovisual infrastructure, including projection and sound facilities, supports business-oriented programmes, while the flexibility of the space means it can be dressed up for social occasions as required. In-house catering services draw on the hotel's food and beverage operation, giving organisers access to everything from working-lunch setups and coffee breaks to seated dinners and cocktail receptions, all managed under one roof.
Bordeaux is a natural fit for the corporate clientele that dominates the Bellandur and Outer Ring Road neighbourhood. The area is home to a dense concentration of technology companies, multinational offices, and business parks, making the hotel a convenient and familiar choice for teams planning off-sites, training sessions, client engagements, and strategy meetings. The space can be arranged in theatre, classroom, boardroom, or banquet configurations depending on the needs of the group.
Social events — including birthday celebrations, anniversaries, cocktail evenings, and small-format receptions — are equally at home in Bordeaux. The hotel's wider event infrastructure, including additional function spaces and banquet facilities, means that Bordeaux can also operate as part of a multi-room event where different functions require separate areas running simultaneously.
Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road sits on the Outer Ring Road in Bellandur, a location that places it within straightforward reach of the tech parks and corporate campuses that define the southeastern stretch of Bengaluru's ring road. Prominent business districts such as Marathahalli, Sarjapur Road, and Electronic City are all accessible from this corridor, as is Kempegowda International Airport via the elevated expressway. The hotel is well served by road, and its positioning along the Outer Ring Road means arriving delegates from across the city or from out of town can navigate to it without difficulty. Dedicated parking is available on the property, reducing one of the most common friction points for large-group arrivals in a city where parking can be a challenge. For guests travelling from outside Bengaluru, the hotel's on-site accommodation means the venue and stay are consolidated in a single location.
