Sheeyash Banque

The team can advise on the maximum and recommended guest count for your specific event format.

Yes, Sheeyash Banque is an indoor, climate-controlled banquet hall, which makes it a reliable choice throughout the year including during Pune's monsoon season. Guests and hosts can plan without concern for weather disruptions.

The hotel is located in Bhosari, close to the old Pune-Mumbai Highway (NH-48 corridor), giving guests travelling from Mumbai a relatively direct road route. Travel time will vary based on traffic conditions, and guests are advised to factor in peak-hour congestion when planning their journey.

Chinchwad Railway Station on the Pune suburban rail line is among the nearest railheads to the hotel. Guests arriving from other cities via Pune Junction can take a local train or cab onward to Bhosari.

Sheeyash Banque's location within MIDC Chinchwad makes it particularly practical for corporate events whose attendees work in the Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial and business corridor. Delegates from nearby business parks and manufacturing units can reach the hotel without navigating central Pune's traffic. This positioning is one of the reasons corporate clients favour the venue for team events, launches, and workshops.

Palette Hotel Pune has in-house guest rooms, which means attendees who need to stay overnight can do so within the same property as the event. This is especially useful for wedding receptions or multi-session corporate events where guests are travelling from out of town. Room availability and block-booking options should be confirmed with the hotel's reservations team.

The banquet hall supports flexible floor arrangements, allowing the space to be configured for seated dinners, stage-and-audience setups, or open networking layouts depending on the event's requirements. The hotel's events team can guide hosts on the best configuration for their guest count and programme.

Banquet venues within hotels of this type typically offer audio-visual support including projectors, screens, and sound systems, but the exact equipment available at Sheeyash Banque should be confirmed with Palette Hotel Pune's events department. It is advisable to share your AV requirements in advance so the team can confirm what is available in-house and what may need to be arranged.

As Sheeyash Banque is a hotel banquet facility, catering is generally managed through the property's own food and beverage team, though policies on external caterers vary by venue. Hosts should check with the Palette Hotel Pune team about catering packages, menu customisation options, and any conditions around outside vendors.

Guests driving to events at Sheeyash Banque should enquire with Palette Hotel Pune about parking availability on or near the property. The Bhosari locality is generally accessible by road, and the hotel's events team can advise on parking arrangements when confirming your booking.

Pricing for events at Sheeyash Banque depends on factors such as the number of guests, the type of event, catering requirements, and the duration of the booking. Prospective hosts are encouraged to contact Palette Hotel Pune's events or sales team directly with their event brief to receive a tailored quote.

The hall's enclosed, well-appointed setting and flexible layout make it a fitting choice for wedding receptions, where families need a reliable, weather-proof space that can accommodate seated dining and a stage or dance area. Being part of a hotel also simplifies logistics for families with outstation guests who need overnight accommodation.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by booking and are set by Palette Hotel Pune's events team at the time of contract. Hosts should request full details of the policy — including any advance-notice requirements and deposit conditions — before confirming the booking.
