Lotus 1 & 2

Lotus 1 & 2 host a wide variety of events including weddings, receptions, engagement ceremonies, corporate conferences, seminars, product launches, and social celebrations such as milestone birthdays and anniversaries. The halls' flexible layout makes them adaptable to both formal corporate formats and elaborately styled social functions. The events team can advise on the best setup for each occasion.

The halls are a strong fit for multi-day wedding programmes, particularly because The Greenfields Resort & Convention offers on-site accommodation alongside the event spaces. This allows wedding families and out-of-town guests to stay on the property throughout consecutive celebrations, reducing travel and logistical coordination. The resort's team can help plan how the halls are used across different functions.

Capacity figures for Lotus 1 & 2 individually and in combined mode depend on the seating arrangement — theatre, banquet, cocktail, and classroom-style layouts each accommodate different numbers of guests. The events team at The Greenfields Resort & Convention should be contacted directly for precise capacity details relevant to your planned setup.

As a full-service resort property, The Greenfields Resort & Convention is expected to offer catering services for events held in Lotus 1 & 2. Whether outside caterers are also permitted is a policy that can vary, and the venue's events team should be consulted to understand the current catering arrangements and menu options available.

Corporate events such as conferences, seminars, and product launches are among the event types Lotus 1 & 2 regularly host, which points to the availability of AV support. Specific equipment — such as projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems — and what is included versus charged separately should be verified with the events team before booking.

The halls are designed with a neutral, polished interior that serves as a backdrop for a wide range of décor themes without competing with the event's own styling. Event organisers and decorators typically have the ability to dress the space according to the occasion, though specific permissions around structural changes, open flames, or external decorator access should be confirmed with the venue.

As a resort property, The Greenfields Resort & Convention is expected to have parking facilities available for event guests. The exact capacity and any arrangements for valet or managed parking during large events such as weddings should be discussed with the venue's team when planning.

The Greenfields Resort & Convention includes on-site guest rooms, making it a convenient choice for events where attendees — whether wedding guests or corporate delegates — are travelling from outside Hyderabad. Staying on the same property where the event is held eliminates the need for transport between a hotel and the venue. Room availability and group booking rates can be discussed with the reservations team.

The Greenfields Resort & Convention is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, and is accessible to guests travelling from across the city as well as those arriving from outside. Specific directions, the nearest landmark, and the distance from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport or major transit points should be confirmed on the property's official website at greenfieldsresort.in or directly with the venue.

Availability and pricing for Lotus 1 & 2 are best confirmed by reaching out to the events team at The Greenfields Resort & Convention directly, either through the contact details on their official website or through the Spalba platform. Providing the event date, expected guest count, and type of function will help the team put together an accurate proposal.

The Greenfields Resort & Convention is a resort property with landscaped surroundings, which often includes outdoor areas that can be used for pre-function gatherings, cocktail hours, or overflow space. Whether specific outdoor areas can be booked alongside Lotus 1 & 2 and at what additional cost should be discussed with the events team.

Lotus 1 & 2 are indoor, air-conditioned halls, making them a practical choice for events held during Hyderabad's warm summer months when outdoor spaces can be uncomfortable for large gatherings. The climate-controlled environment ensures guest comfort regardless of the time of year.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specific to each booking and are typically outlined in the event contract issued by The Greenfields Resort & Convention. It is important to review these terms carefully before confirming a reservation, and the events team can clarify the current policy at the time of enquiry.

The halls are described as versatile spaces suited to both social celebrations with seated banquet layouts and corporate events using conference or theatre-style arrangements. The ability to adapt the layout is one of the practical advantages of booking Lotus 1 & 2. Exact guest counts for each arrangement should be confirmed with the venue's events team based on your specific requirements.
