Gardenia 1 is one of the dedicated event venues at Treehouse Hotel Club & SPA Bhiwadi, a resort property set in Vasundhara Nagar, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The space is designed to accommodate a range of social and corporate gatherings, offering a self-contained setting within the larger resort campus. Treehouse Bhiwadi is positioned as a full-service resort that combines leisure amenities — including a spa, club facilities, and recreational spaces — with structured event infrastructure, making Gardenia 1 part of a venue ecosystem rather than a standalone hall.
The interiors carry the resort's characteristic blend of contemporary décor and warm hospitality, with flexible floor arrangements that can be reconfigured to suit everything from a formal conference layout to a celebratory dinner setup. The space benefits from the resort's banqueting support team, which assists planners with room dressing, audio-visual requirements, and catering coordination. Natural light, where available through the resort's landscaped surroundings, gives daytime events a refreshed atmosphere that is uncommon in urban conference centres.
Gardenia 1 suits a broad spectrum of events. Corporate clients regularly use it for seminars, training programmes, team off-sites, product launches, and board meetings — occasions where proximity to the National Capital Region (NCR) matters, since Bhiwadi sits on the Rajasthan–Haryana border and is accessible from Gurugram, Faridabad, and the broader Delhi NCR belt. The resort setting adds a retreat quality that is especially valued for day-long or residential corporate programmes, allowing delegates to step away from office environments without a long journey.
On the social side, Gardenia 1 can host pre-wedding functions, receptions, birthday milestones, anniversaries, and family gatherings. The resort's broader event facilities — including outdoor lawns and other banquet spaces — mean that multi-function celebrations can be spread across the property, with Gardenia 1 serving as one dedicated component of a larger wedding or celebration package.
Treehouse Hotel Club & SPA Bhiwadi also caters to groups seeking weekend getaway events, where the spa and recreational amenities complement the event itself, creating a combined experience for guests who stay on-site.
Bhiwadi is one of the fastest-growing industrial and residential townships in Rajasthan, located in Alwar district close to the Haryana border. Vasundhara Nagar, the locality in which the resort sits, offers a relatively quieter setting compared to the industrial zones nearby, while still benefiting from good road connectivity via National Highway 48 (Delhi–Jaipur Highway). Event planners bringing delegates from Delhi NCR will find the drive manageable for day events or overnight residential programmes.
The nearest major city for most event-goers is Gurugram (Gurgaon), which is approximately an hour's drive depending on traffic, making Treehouse Bhiwadi a practical destination for NCR-based corporates seeking an off-site venue with resort-grade amenities. Jaipur, Rajasthan's capital, is further along the same highway corridor. The Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi serves as the primary air access point for outstation guests.
