Central Vista

Yes, Central Vista is part of the larger Vardaan Banquets Rohtak complex, which means multi-day wedding programmes — spanning mehendi, sangeet, the main ceremony, and reception — can be coordinated across the property. Having different functions under one roof simplifies logistics for families and their guests. The events team can advise on how to plan the sequence across available spaces.

Specific capacity figures for Central Vista should be confirmed directly with Vardaan Banquets, as seating numbers vary depending on the event format — a theatre-style conference setup will accommodate a different count than a banquet-style wedding dinner. Reaching out to the venue with your expected guest count and preferred layout will help the team provide accurate capacity guidance.

Central Vista is designed to handle corporate gatherings, including conferences, seminars, award ceremonies, and product launches, alongside social and wedding events. The polished interior environment and the support available within the Vardaan Banquets property make it a practical choice for professional occasions. Planners should confirm AV equipment availability and seating configurations with the venue team.

Vardaan Banquets is a resort-format banquet property, and catering services are typically central to such venues' offerings. Whether in-house catering is mandatory or whether outside vendors are permitted should be confirmed with the property directly, as policies on this can vary. The events team will be able to share menu options and catering packages relevant to your event type.

Vardaan Banquets is a resort-style property in Sector 2P, Rohtak, and parking on the premises is available — an important consideration for weddings and large gatherings where guests typically arrive in private vehicles. The exact capacity of the parking area and any valet arrangements should be verified with the venue before the event date.

Vardaan Banquets is located in Sector 2P, Rohtak, and Rohtak Railway Station is the city's primary rail connection for outstation guests. The exact distance and travel time from the station to the venue should be confirmed with Vardaan Banquets, as they can also advise on recommended transport options for arriving guests.

Rohtak is connected to Delhi and the wider National Capital Region via the NH-9 highway, making Central Vista a reachable destination for guests coming from Delhi, Gurugram, Sonipat, or Jhajjar. The resort's location in Sector 2P also avoids the congestion typically associated with city-centre venues. Travel time will vary depending on the point of origin and time of day.

Central Vista's flexible layout supports a range of setups, from formal staged arrangements for ceremonies to open-floor configurations for receptions and social gatherings. Whether the venue works with specific in-house décor vendors or allows external decorators should be discussed with the events team. Sharing a mood board or theme reference early in the planning process is generally helpful.

Vardaan Banquets is described as a resort-format property, which may mean accommodation is available on-site. Whether guest rooms or suites are offered, and in what numbers, should be confirmed directly with the property. This is especially relevant for outstation wedding guests or corporate delegates attending multi-day events.

Pricing at Central Vista will depend on factors such as the type of event, the number of guests, the duration of the booking, and any additional services required such as catering, décor, or AV. The Vardaan Banquets team can provide a customised quote once these details are shared. It is advisable to enquire about what is included in the package and what carries an additional cost.

Booking and cancellation terms are set by Vardaan Banquets and should be requested from the events team at the time of enquiry. These policies typically cover advance payment requirements, cancellation windows, and any refund or rescheduling provisions. Having these terms in writing before confirming a date is recommended.

Given that Central Vista is positioned as a venue for corporate functions including conferences and seminars, AV support is likely part of the offering. The specific equipment available — such as projectors, screens, microphones, or live-streaming capability — should be confirmed with the Vardaan Banquets team based on your event's technical requirements.

Central Vista's contemporary interior and flexible floor plan make it adaptable to a variety of themes and décor styles, from traditional Indian wedding setups to more contemporary or destination-wedding-inspired aesthetics. Whether the venue has tie-ups with specific decorators or allows full creative freedom should be discussed with the events team during the planning phase.

Popular event dates — particularly wedding season weekends and public holidays — tend to fill up well in advance at sought-after banquet venues. Reaching out to the Vardaan Banquets team as early as possible to check availability for your preferred date is strongly recommended. Early enquiries also allow more time to finalise catering, décor, and logistics in coordination with the venue.
