Central Vista Lawn

Central Vista Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the Vardaan Banquets resort campus in Rohtak. As an outdoor lawn, it offers a natural, expansive setting that works especially well for evening events where lighting and the open sky contribute to the atmosphere. Event planners should discuss weather contingency arrangements with the venue team when booking.

As an open-air venue, Central Vista Lawn is subject to weather conditions, so it is advisable to discuss contingency plans — such as temporary canopy or shamiyana cover — with the Vardaan Banquets team at the time of booking. The property's resort infrastructure may allow for alternative or supplementary indoor arrangements depending on availability. Guests are encouraged to confirm specific contingency options directly with the venue before finalising their event date.

Pricing for Central Vista Lawn will depend on factors such as the type of event, the number of guests, the services required, and the date of booking. The Vardaan Banquets team can be contacted directly through their official website at vardaanbanquet.com to request a customised quote. It is recommended to reach out early, especially for peak wedding season dates.

Vardaan Banquets is a dedicated banquet resort, and catering services are a core part of their event offering. Whether events must use in-house catering exclusively or may bring outside caterers is a detail that should be confirmed directly with the venue team. When enquiring, it is useful to share your menu requirements and approximate guest count to get accurate information.

Vardaan Banquets is located in Sector 2P, Rohtak, Haryana, a city that is well connected to Delhi via National Highway. The road journey from Delhi typically takes guests through the NH-9 corridor, making it accessible for guests travelling from the National Capital Region. The exact travel time will vary with traffic conditions, so guests are advised to plan travel accordingly for large events.

Rohtak Junction is one of the city's main rail access points and is an option for out-of-town guests arriving by train. From the station, guests can reach Vardaan Banquets in Sector 2P by local transport or pre-arranged transfers. It is a good idea for event hosts to share directions or arrange pickup services for guests relying on public transport.

As a resort-style banquet property set in a planned sector of Rohtak, Vardaan Banquets is expected to have on-site parking to support large events. The exact capacity and any valet arrangements should be confirmed with the venue team, as requirements will vary with the size of the guest list. It is advisable to discuss parking logistics when booking for events with a large number of vehicle arrivals.

The open-air lawn format and the broader resort infrastructure at Vardaan Banquets make it a suitable choice for multi-day wedding functions such as mehendi, sangeet, and reception ceremonies. Whether each function is hosted on the lawn itself or the lawn is combined with other spaces on the property is something to plan with the events team. Early booking is recommended for multi-day packages, particularly during peak wedding season.

Outdoor lawns like Central Vista are especially effective for evening events, where lighting design — such as string lights, floral installations, and stage setups — can transform the open space. The specific décor packages or empanelled decorators available through Vardaan Banquets should be discussed directly with the venue team. Hosts who wish to bring their own decorators should check the venue's policy on external vendors.

Audio-visual and sound requirements for outdoor events like those at Central Vista Lawn are an important planning consideration, especially for sangeet nights and reception programmes with live entertainment. Whether Vardaan Banquets provides in-house AV equipment or works with approved vendors should be confirmed with the events team. Noise or sound level restrictions in the Sector 2P area are also worth clarifying before booking.

Outdoor venues in residential or planned urban sectors of Haryana are typically subject to local municipal noise regulations, which may include restrictions on sound levels and event end times. It is important to ask the Vardaan Banquets team about any applicable curfew or noise rules before booking, particularly for events with live music or DJ performances. The venue team will be best placed to advise on current local guidelines.

Vardaan Banquets is described as a resort property, which may include guest accommodation for event hosts and outstation guests. The availability of rooms, room counts, and whether accommodation is included or separately bookable should be confirmed directly with the property. This is especially relevant for hosts planning multi-day wedding celebrations who need on-site stay options for the wedding party.

Popular banquet venues in Rohtak, particularly for wedding season dates between October and February, tend to book up several months in advance. It is generally advisable to enquire and confirm a booking at least six to twelve months ahead for large weddings. The Vardaan Banquets team can advise on current availability when contacted through their official website.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will vary depending on the booking agreement, the advance notice given, and the nature of the event. It is important to review the terms and conditions provided by Vardaan Banquets carefully before confirming a booking and making any advance payments. Prospective clients should ask the events team to walk through the policy in detail so there are no surprises closer to the event date.
