Lavender is one of the dedicated event spaces at Conrad Pune, the five-star luxury hotel situated in Sangamvadi, one of Pune's well-connected and upscale riverside neighbourhoods. As part of Conrad Hotels & Resorts — Hilton's collection of luxury properties — Conrad Pune brings an internationally recognised standard of hospitality to every event held within its walls. Lavender is designed as a refined, intimate setting that complements the broader portfolio of banqueting and meeting spaces the property offers, giving event planners a flexible option suited to smaller or more personalised gatherings alongside the hotel's larger venues.
The space carries the quiet elegance associated with the Conrad brand: thoughtful interiors, quality furnishings, and the kind of attention to detail that makes a room feel considered rather than generic. Natural tones and well-chosen lighting create an atmosphere that transitions comfortably from a structured daytime format to a more relaxed evening occasion. For planners seeking a venue that feels genuinely curated rather than a multipurpose room dressed up for the day, Lavender delivers a consistent character throughout.
Lavender is well suited to a range of private and corporate events. Intimate social celebrations — including milestone birthday dinners, anniversary gatherings, engagement parties, and small wedding-adjacent functions such as rehearsal dinners or pre-wedding lunches — find a natural home here. On the corporate side, the space accommodates board meetings, leadership workshops, product briefings, private networking receptions, and executive team sessions that call for a setting with more personality than a standard boardroom but with the same professional infrastructure.
Conrad Pune's events team supports every booking with full planning assistance, and guests benefit from the hotel's in-house catering, which draws on the culinary expertise across the property's dining outlets. Audio-visual equipment, high-speed connectivity, and setup flexibility are available to be configured to the specific requirements of each event, whether that means a classroom layout for a focused training day or a rounds setup for a celebratory dinner.
Sangamvadi places Conrad Pune in close proximity to Pune's central business districts, making it a practical choice for corporate events where delegates are travelling from offices across the city. The hotel is accessible from Pune Junction railway station and Pune International Airport, both of which are reachable within a reasonable distance, making it convenient for outstation guests attending a multi-day corporate programme or a destination celebration. The surrounding neighbourhood is well served by major roads, and the hotel provides on-site parking for guests arriving by private vehicle.
For planners shortlisting venues in Pune, the combination of Lavender's intimate character, the Conrad brand's service standards, and the property's central-Pune positioning makes a compelling case — particularly for events where the experience of the room, the quality of the food, and the reliability of the hotel's event support team all need to work together without compromise.
