Rooftop

The Rooftop is an open-air, outdoor event space positioned above the hotel building. Whether any partial covering, canopy, or temporary shelter options are available should be confirmed with the hotel directly, as configurations can vary by season and event setup.

Capacity figures for the Rooftop depend on the event format — seated dinners, cocktail-style receptions, and theatre-style setups each accommodate different numbers of guests. The events team at the hotel can share specific capacity details based on your preferred arrangement and any setup requirements.

The open-air ambience and relaxed character of the Rooftop make it a natural fit for mehendi, sangeet, and pre-wedding cocktail functions, where a festive yet informal setting is often preferred. Being part of a Radisson-brand hotel means professional catering and hospitality services are available to support these occasions. Couples should speak with the hotel's wedding coordinator to discuss décor, entertainment, and catering options specific to their function.

Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Gurgaon Sector 12 offers in-house catering services as part of its hotel operations. Menu options, cuisine styles, and catering packages for Rooftop events can be discussed and customised with the food and beverage team during the booking process.

Policies on external caterers and vendors vary by hotel and event type. It is advisable to check directly with the hotel's events team to understand which vendor categories — such as decorators, photographers, or entertainment — are permitted from outside and whether any associated fees apply.

Audio-visual and technical requirements for outdoor rooftop events often differ from those in enclosed ballrooms. The hotel's events team can advise on what in-house AV equipment is available, and whether external AV vendors can be arranged or brought in for larger setups such as LED screens, PA systems, or lighting rigs.

As an open-air rooftop space in a residential and commercial area of Sector 12, Gurugram, events may be subject to local noise regulations and the hotel's own policies on music and amplified sound after certain hours. Organisers should confirm applicable curfew timings and any sound-level restrictions with the hotel before finalising entertainment plans.

Weather contingency is an important consideration for any open-air rooftop event. Whether the hotel offers an alternative indoor backup space or temporary weather shelters for the Rooftop should be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process, particularly for events planned during the monsoon season.

The hotel has parking facilities on the property for guests. For large events where parking demand may be higher than usual, it is worth confirming the available capacity and any overflow arrangements with the hotel's team in advance.

HUDA City Centre Metro Station on the Delhi Metro Yellow Line is among the nearest metro points to the hotel in Sector 12, Gurugram. Guests can reach the hotel from the station by auto-rickshaw, cab, or app-based taxi services. For precise directions and estimated travel time, the hotel's front desk can provide guidance.

Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Gurgaon Sector 12 is a full-service hotel with guest rooms available for booking. This makes it convenient for out-of-town guests or wedding parties who wish to stay on-site before or after an event. Room availability and group booking rates can be confirmed with the hotel's reservations team.

To receive a quote and check availability, interested event planners can contact the hotel directly through the Radisson Hotels website or by reaching out to the property's events or sales team. Sharing your event date, expected guest count, and preferred setup style will help the team provide an accurate proposal.

The Rooftop's open-air setting is well-suited to corporate events including networking evenings, informal team gatherings, and product launches, where an outdoor atmosphere adds a point of distinction from conventional conference or banquet setups. The hotel's corporate events team can advise on AV support, catering, and branding options available for professional events.

Décor and setup options for the Rooftop can typically be discussed and customised with the hotel's events team, covering table arrangements, floral décor, lighting, and thematic elements to match the occasion. Whether the hotel coordinates décor in-house or works with preferred external decorators is something to confirm at the time of inquiry.
