Swimming Pool

Exact capacity figures for the poolside space depend on the event format — standing cocktail receptions can typically accommodate more guests than seated dining arrangements. The events team at Hotel Bizzotel can provide specific capacity numbers based on the setup style being planned. It is recommended to share your estimated guest count early so the team can advise on layout options.

The Swimming Pool venue is an open-air, outdoor setting centred around the hotel's swimming pool. This gives events a distinctive visual backdrop with the water, open sky, and ambient lighting. Because it is outdoors, organisers should factor in seasonal weather conditions — particularly during the monsoon months in Gurugram.

Gurugram experiences a monsoon season that can bring heavy rain, which is worth discussing with Hotel Bizzotel's events team well in advance of booking a poolside event during that period. The team can advise on whether temporary shelter, canopy arrangements, or alternative indoor spaces are available as a backup. Confirming a contingency plan before signing the booking agreement is strongly recommended.

Hotel Bizzotel operates as a full-service hotel property, and its hospitality infrastructure supports catering for events held at the Swimming Pool venue. Whether catering is handled exclusively in-house or whether outside vendors are permitted should be confirmed directly with the events team, as policies can vary based on the type and scale of the event.

The open-air poolside setting lends itself well to creative styling — string lights, floating floral arrangements, themed bar setups, and modular furniture configurations are among the directions that work naturally in this environment. The hotel's events team can advise on what is permitted and what in-house styling support or vendor access is available. Any custom décor requirements should be discussed during the planning stage.

As Hotel Bizzotel is a hotel property with hospitality services, beverage options including alcohol may be available for events at the poolside venue. Specific bar packages, corkage policies, and any restrictions on alcohol service should be confirmed with the events team at the time of enquiry.

Hotel Bizzotel is located in Sector 14, Gurugram, which is a well-connected central sector in the city. The property has good road access linking it to NH-48 (the Delhi–Gurugram Expressway), making it reachable from across the Delhi-NCR region. App-based cabs and auto-rickshaws serve the area, and the hotel has parking facilities for guests arriving by private vehicle.

Gurugram is approximately 25–30 kilometres from Indira Gandhi International Airport via NH-48, though actual travel time will vary depending on traffic conditions. The Sector 14 location in Gurugram means guests flying in can reach the venue without needing to travel through central Delhi. It is advisable for event guests to factor in peak-hour traffic when planning their journey.

Hotel Bizzotel has parking facilities available for guests visiting the property. For large events where a significant number of guests will be arriving by private vehicle, it is advisable to confirm parking capacity with the hotel in advance so any overflow arrangements can be made if needed.

Yes, the poolside venue is a popular choice for corporate groups looking for an alternative to formal boardroom-style settings — team outings, evening networking mixers, and post-conference celebrations all translate well to the open-air poolside format. The hotel's event support team can assist with setup and service arrangements tailored to corporate requirements. Specific AV and presentation needs should be discussed with the team during the enquiry stage.

AV and technical equipment availability for the open-air poolside space should be confirmed directly with Hotel Bizzotel's events team, as outdoor venues may have different setup requirements compared to indoor banquet halls. Details such as sound system provisions, microphone availability, and any restrictions on noise levels outdoors are worth raising early in the planning conversation.

Outdoor events in residential and commercial areas of Gurugram are subject to local noise regulations, which can affect music volume and event timings — particularly late at night. Hotel Bizzotel's events team will be best placed to advise on any applicable curfew or noise restrictions for the poolside space. Clarifying permitted event hours before finalising the booking is strongly recommended.

Interested organisers can reach out to Hotel Bizzotel's events team directly through the hotel's official website or by contacting the property to request availability and a quote. It is helpful to share the event date, estimated guest count, event format, and any specific requirements at the time of enquiry so the team can provide an accurate proposal. Cancellation and payment terms will be outlined in the booking agreement.

Hotel Bizzotel is a hotel property with guest accommodation on-site, which is a practical advantage for event organisers hosting guests who are travelling from outside Gurugram or prefer not to commute after an evening event. Room availability and any group booking arrangements for event attendees should be confirmed with the hotel directly, as room inventory and rates vary by date.
