Harmony 1 & 2

The Harmony 1 & 2 designation indicates that the venue can function as two distinct spaces or as a single combined hall, providing flexibility for different event formats. This is particularly useful when planners need to separate a ceremony from a reception, or run concurrent breakout sessions alongside a main plenary. The exact partition and combination options should be confirmed with the resort's events team.

Verified capacity figures for Harmony 1 & 2 are not publicly listed at this time. Capacity can also vary depending on the seating arrangement — theatre, banquet, or cocktail style. It is recommended to contact the Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort events team directly to get accurate numbers for your specific event layout.

The resort is located in Kasaba Hobli within the Shivamogga district, placing it in close proximity to Shivamogga city. The area is connected via national highway to major Karnataka cities including Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and Hubballi. Guests travelling from outside Shivamogga can reach the district by road or rail, and the resort's own team can provide precise directions upon request.

Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort is a full resort property, which means it has guest rooms available for event attendees staying overnight. This is a practical advantage for weddings or multi-day corporate events where keeping the group together on-site is preferred. Specific room types, availability, and group booking arrangements should be discussed with the resort directly.

One of the distinctive advantages of hosting a corporate event at Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort is the ability to pair business sessions in Harmony 1 & 2 with use of the resort's golf course for team-building or leisure. This combination makes it a compelling choice for incentive travel programmes, leadership retreats, and annual offsites where recreation is part of the agenda. The resort's team can help design a schedule that integrates both elements.

As a luxury resort property, Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort is expected to offer catering services for events held on its premises. Whether external catering vendors are permitted is a policy detail that varies by property and event type and should be confirmed directly with the resort. Clients with specific menu requirements — including regional Karnataka cuisine or customised wedding menus — are advised to discuss options with the events team in advance.

Details about the specific audiovisual setup, projection systems, sound equipment, and technical infrastructure available in Harmony 1 & 2 are best confirmed with the resort's events coordinator. Corporate event planners in particular are encouraged to share a technical rider well ahead of the event date so any gaps can be addressed. The resort may also be able to arrange additional equipment through their preferred vendors.

Harmony 1 & 2's interior, set within a luxury resort environment, lends itself to both traditional floral and lighting décor and contemporary event styling. Karnataka weddings often involve elaborate mandap setups and themed lighting, and the venue's space is designed to accommodate such arrangements. Clients should consult with the resort to understand any restrictions on décor installation and whether there are empanelled décor vendors.

As a resort property in Kasaba Hobli, Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort is expected to have dedicated parking space for guests attending events in Harmony 1 & 2. The specifics of parking capacity and any valet arrangements should be confirmed with the resort when finalising event logistics.

Accessibility provisions for guests with mobility requirements should be confirmed directly with the resort's team before booking. Sharing accessibility needs early in the planning process allows the events staff to make appropriate arrangements and ensure all guests can navigate the space comfortably.

Shivamogga is connected by national highway to Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and Hubballi, making the resort reachable from across Karnataka. Exact travel times depend on the point of origin and mode of transport — road, rail, or air connections via Shivamogga's airport. The resort's team can provide guidance on the most convenient travel routes for guests arriving from different cities.

Enquiries for Harmony 1 & 2 can be initiated through the official Kimmane Luxury Golf Resort website at kimmaneresorts.com or by contacting the resort's events team directly. It is advisable to reach out well in advance, particularly for peak wedding season dates and major public holidays when demand in the region is high. The team can walk prospective clients through availability, packages, and next steps.

The resort's setting in Shivamogga — a district known for its proximity to the Western Ghats and the Sharavathi river basin — makes it an appealing destination for outstation guests who can combine event attendance with leisure travel. The on-site accommodation means guests can stay on the property rather than seeking hotels in the city. This makes Harmony 1 & 2 a practical choice for events drawing attendees from across India.

The combination of a fully equipped event hall with the prestige and recreation options of a luxury golf resort is uncommon in the Shivamogga region, giving Harmony 1 & 2 a distinctive edge. Guests and hosts benefit from the resort's green, open surroundings, on-site accommodation, and golf facilities — all of which elevate the overall event experience beyond what a standalone banquet venue can offer. This makes it especially compelling for clients seeking a venue that doubles as a destination.
