Museo offers a range of hands-on workshops and courses related to photography. These last anywhere from 1- 5 days (most of them take place on the weekends). These educational experiences are a mix of theory and practical.

The Museo Camera library is a space for people to come and read about the art, science, and history of Photography. With a collection of over 1000 books (and growing!) out collection has books by well-known authors and photographers like Mary Ellen Mark, John Berger, Cyanthia Young, and Susan Sontang among others. The Library is a reading room as opposed to a lending library and has grown out from the personal collection of the Founder, Director of Museo, Aditya Arya. Eminent photographers like Dinesh Khanna have also contributed their personal collections to the Museo library.

The Museo also offers an open outdoor library based on the principle of "Read, borrow, donate or steal". One can drop off books of any genre and borrow.

Museo Camera offers digitisation services for old photographs, negatives, slides, photo albums, olds scrapbooks, or other visual material. The solutions offered are customisable depending on the specific needs and conditions of the archival work. Damaged photographs can be restored and enhanced through digital healing processes.

The Museo Shop offers a rare collection of memorabilia, limited edition prints, autographed books, and a range of other collectibles. The shop is easily accessible on the ground floor.

The gallery spaces, atrium as well as rooms can be used for talks. It can be customised as per the specific event. Museo provides audio visual equipment and catering can be organised from Fig at Museo.
