As with all outdoor spaces, weather conditions can affect the setting, so it is advisable to discuss contingency arrangements with the venue team when planning your event.

Because Pool Side is an outdoor, open-air venue, weather can be a factor — particularly during the monsoon season or very warm summer days in Gurugram. Guests planning events during these periods should speak with the Tiger Camp team about available shelter, shade, or alternative indoor spaces on the property that could serve as a backup.
