Lawn-7

Lawn-7 is an open-air outdoor lawn set within the landscaped grounds of Surjivan Resort. This means the event experience is shaped by natural surroundings and open sky, which adds to its garden-party and resort ambience. Hosts planning events during monsoon season or cooler winter evenings should discuss weather contingency options — such as temporary shelters or marquees — with the resort team in advance.

Specific capacity figures for Lawn-7 depend on the event setup style — seated dining arrangements accommodate fewer guests than standing cocktail or open-reception formats. The events team at Surjivan Resort can provide exact capacity numbers based on your preferred layout and any staging or décor requirements.

As an open-air lawn, Lawn-7 is exposed to seasonal weather conditions including Gurugram's monsoon rains and summer heat. Hosts are encouraged to discuss weather contingency measures — such as temporary canopies, marquees, or the availability of alternate indoor spaces at the resort — with the Surjivan Resort events team when planning their event.

Yes, Lawn-7's open layout is designed to be highly flexible when it comes to décor and theming. The space can be transformed through drapes, floral arrangements, lighting setups, and furniture to suit everything from traditional wedding aesthetics to contemporary corporate branding. Event planners and decorators should coordinate with the resort's team for access timelines and any restrictions on fixtures or installations.

Surjivan Resort has its own hospitality and catering infrastructure that supports events held on the property, including at Lawn-7. Whether outside caterers are permitted alongside or instead of in-house catering is a detail that should be confirmed with the resort's events team, as policies can vary based on the nature and scale of the event.

Surjivan Resort has multiple event lawns and spaces on its campus, of which Lawn-7 is one. This can be advantageous for large weddings or multi-day events that require different spaces for separate functions. The events team can advise on which combination of spaces best fits your event programme and whether joint bookings are available.

Surjivan Resort is located in Naurangpura, Gurugram, which keeps it within the broader Gurugram-Delhi NCR corridor and accessible via major road connections including National Highway 48. Exact travel times from specific Delhi or Gurugram locations depend on traffic conditions and the guest's starting point, so it is advisable to check current route options via a navigation app when planning guest logistics.

As a resort property, Surjivan Resort is expected to have on-site parking facilities for guests attending events. The exact capacity of parking available and whether valet services are offered for large events should be confirmed directly with the resort's team when finalising your booking.

Surjivan Resort is a full-service resort property, and accommodation for wedding parties or outstation guests may be available on-site. Specific room inventory, room types, and block-booking options for event guests should be discussed with the resort's reservations or events team to understand what is available on your preferred dates.

Outdoor lawns at resort properties typically support the installation of sound systems, stage structures, lighting rigs, and projection setups brought in by event vendors. Whether Surjivan Resort provides in-house AV equipment or works with preferred vendors for Lawn-7 events is something the events team can clarify, as arrangements often vary by event type and scale.

Outdoor events in Gurugram are subject to local municipal noise regulations, which generally include curfew timings on amplified sound in residential and mixed-use areas. Hosts planning events with live music, DJs, or large sound systems at Lawn-7 should confirm applicable curfew timings and any resort-specific sound policies with the Surjivan Resort team before finalising their event schedule.

Enquiries for Lawn-7 can be directed to the Surjivan Resort events or sales team, who will check availability for the requested dates and provide a proposal based on your event requirements. Peak wedding and social season dates — typically October through February in Haryana — tend to book up well in advance, so early enquiry is recommended to secure preferred dates.

Pricing for Lawn-7 at Surjivan Resort depends on factors such as the event type, guest count, chosen catering package, duration, and any additional services required. A tailored quote can be obtained by reaching out to the resort's events team with details of your event, as there is no one-size-fits-all rate for lawn events.

While Lawn-7's garden-resort setting makes it especially popular for weddings and social functions, the space can also work well for corporate evening events, team outings, product launches, and networking gatherings that benefit from an open-air format. The resort's hospitality support and catering capabilities make it a practical choice for companies looking to host an event outside a conventional hotel or conference setting in the Gurugram area.
