Oakwood 2

Yes, weddings and wedding-related functions are at the heart of The Tivoli's reputation in the Delhi NCR market. Oakwood 2 can accommodate multiple wedding-day functions, from pre-wedding ceremonies to the main reception. The property's experience with large, multi-function wedding events means planners have access to a well-practised operational team.

Exact capacity figures for Oakwood 2 depend on the seating arrangement chosen — theatre, banquet, or cocktail-style setups each yield different numbers. The Tivoli's events team can provide precise capacity details based on your preferred layout, so it is best to contact them directly with your guest count and setup preference.

The Tivoli operates its own culinary team with experience in multi-cuisine menus, live food counters, and bespoke banquet spreads. In-house catering is a significant part of what the property offers, giving organisers confidence in food and beverage quality without needing to coordinate an outside caterer. Specific menu packages and dietary accommodations should be discussed with the catering team during the planning process.

Oakwood 2 is designed to be flexible and can be configured for formal sit-down dinners, cocktail receptions, theatre-style presentations, and other formats depending on event needs. The Tivoli's events team can advise on the most suitable layout for your guest count and occasion. Specific setup options and any associated requirements should be confirmed directly with the venue.

The Tivoli is located in Chattarpur Enclave, South Delhi, along the Mehrauli–Gurgaon Road corridor. It is accessible from both central Delhi and Gurugram, and Chattarpur Metro Station on the Delhi Metro's Yellow Line is in the vicinity, offering a convenient public transport option. The location makes it practical for guest lists spanning Delhi, NCR, and outstation travellers.

Parking facilities are available at The Tivoli, which helps ease logistics for large gatherings. For details on valet parking services and parking capacity on the day of your event, it is advisable to check directly with the property's events or operations team.

The Tivoli is a full-service hotel, which means on-site guest rooms are available for outstation guests or wedding parties who require overnight stays. This is particularly useful for multi-day events or large wedding celebrations where guests are travelling from outside Delhi or Gurugram. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the hotel.

The Tivoli operates one of the more extensive banquet venue portfolios in South Delhi, and Oakwood 2 is part of that ecosystem. This means organisers have access to the property's full service infrastructure — experienced events staff, in-house catering, AV and décor support — rather than coordinating multiple independent vendors. It also means the property is equipped to handle multi-function events where different spaces are used on the same day.

The Tivoli's banquet spaces are set up to support events with audio-visual requirements typical of weddings and corporate functions. For specific details on AV equipment, lighting rigs, microphone systems, or technical specifications available in Oakwood 2, the events team should be contacted directly, as setups can often be tailored to an event's needs.

Policies on external vendors, including decorators, florists, and entertainment providers, vary by property and event type. The Tivoli has its own in-house capabilities but may accommodate preferred external vendors in some cases. It is best to discuss your specific vendor requirements with the events team when making an inquiry.

Oakwood 2 is well suited to corporate events including product launches, board dinners, award ceremonies, and team gatherings, in addition to weddings. The Tivoli's professional events team is experienced in both social and corporate formats, and the space can be configured accordingly. Organisers planning corporate functions can expect structured support from initial inquiry through to day-of execution.

The Tivoli's location in Chattarpur Enclave places it in South Delhi, which is broadly in the direction of Indira Gandhi International Airport relative to central Delhi. However, exact travel distance and time depend on the specific route and traffic conditions, so guests are advised to check current directions when planning airport transfers.

Quotes and availability for Oakwood 2 are handled by The Tivoli's events and banqueting team. Prospective clients can reach out through the official website at tivolibanquets.com or contact the property directly with their event date, approximate guest count, and event type to receive a tailored proposal.

Chattarpur Enclave sits along one of South Delhi's most established wedding and events corridors, with strong road connections to both Gurugram and central Delhi. The Tivoli's status as a full-service hotel — offering on-site accommodation, in-house catering, and a multi-hall banquet operation — distinguishes it from standalone farmhouse or banquet-only venues in the same area. This combination of location, scale, and service depth makes it a practical choice for complex or multi-day events.
