Westin Vatika Ballroom 2 (Combined) is one of the signature indoor event spaces at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, set within a sprawling resort property in Dhaula, Sohna, Haryana. The ballroom carries the polished, understated elegance that the Westin brand is recognised for — clean lines, contemporary finishes, and a well-lit interior that adapts naturally to the specific aesthetic an event planner brings to it. As a combined configuration, the space opens up to accommodate larger gatherings, making it a versatile choice when scale and flexibility both matter. The setting benefits from being part of a full-service resort rather than a standalone banquet facility, which means the event experience extends well beyond the four walls of the ballroom itself.
Westin Vatika Ballroom 2 (Combined) is well suited to a wide range of events — from multi-day corporate conferences and product launches to wedding ceremonies, receptions, and social celebrations. The combined format makes it particularly attractive for events that need a single large room rather than separate breakout areas, whether that is a plated gala dinner, a cocktail-and-dance reception, or a full-day leadership summit. Corporate planners value the Westin name for its consistency in service standards and its in-house audio-visual capabilities, while wedding and social event hosts appreciate the resort backdrop that gives guests an experience that feels genuinely celebratory. The ability to shift from a formal daytime configuration to an evening banquet setup within the same space adds practical value for events that run across multiple segments of the day.
The resort's broader event infrastructure — including additional meeting rooms and outdoor spaces — means that Westin Vatika Ballroom 2 (Combined) can function as the centrepiece of a multi-venue event programme, with pre-function areas and other spaces supporting it. In-house catering managed by the Westin culinary team brings consistency and quality to food and beverage, covering everything from seated dinners to live food stations and curated cocktail menus.
The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa is located in Sohna, a town in Haryana that sits approximately 55 kilometres from central Delhi and roughly 20 kilometres from Gurugram (Gurgaon). This positioning on the outskirts of the Delhi NCR region gives the resort a genuine retreat character — guests arrive away from the density of the city — while still being reachable by road within an hour or so from most parts of Gurugram and the southern Delhi corridors. The Sohna Road axis is well connected to NH-48, the primary expressway linking Delhi and Gurugram, which makes logistics for outstation guests and vendors straightforward. For events drawing attendees from across Delhi NCR, the resort offers on-site accommodation, so guests can stay, attend, and enjoy the full resort experience without the pressure of return travel — a meaningful advantage for multi-day conferences and destination wedding celebrations alike.
