Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air venue, which means it is directly exposed to weather conditions. Couples and event planners booking the space during the monsoon season or winter months should discuss weather contingency arrangements — such as temporary canopy or marquee options — directly with the ZEN Medicity events team. Having a backup plan is strongly recommended for events scheduled between July and September when rainfall in Gurugram can be unpredictable.

Exact capacity figures for the Lawn depend on the event format, seating arrangement, and any stage or dance floor requirements. The venue team at ZEN Medicity can provide setup-specific capacities for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, and standing configurations based on your event brief.

ZEN Medicity Hotel & Serviced Apartments has its own hospitality infrastructure, so in-house catering is expected to be available for events at the Lawn. Whether outside caterers are permitted is a policy detail that should be confirmed directly with the property's events team before finalising any vendor arrangements.

Yes, the Lawn's open and flexible format makes it a practical choice for both pre-wedding celebrations such as mehendi or sangeet functions and the main wedding reception. Hosting multiple functions at the same venue simplifies logistics for guests, particularly those staying in the property's serviced apartments or hotel rooms. The events team can advise on how to schedule and configure the space across multiple event days.

Yes, ZEN Medicity operates as both a hotel and a serviced apartment complex, which means guests and family members travelling from outside Gurugram can stay on-site. This is especially useful for weddings or multi-day events where attendees need convenient accommodation close to the venue. Room and apartment availability for event dates should be enquired about well in advance.

Outdoor venues in Gurugram are subject to local noise regulations, which typically require amplified music to cease by a set time in the evening. The specific curfew that applies to the Lawn should be discussed with the ZEN Medicity events team before booking, particularly for receptions or parties where a DJ or live band is planned.

The open-air nature of the Lawn means it can be dressed in a variety of ways, from floral canopy setups for weddings to branded signage installations for corporate events. Whether the property has an in-house décor team or works with preferred external vendors is something to clarify with the events team. Clients are encouraged to share their vision early so that layout, lighting, and power-point requirements can be planned in advance.

Corporate clients and event planners using the Lawn for launches, presentations, or entertainment programmes typically require sound systems, lighting rigs, and projection equipment. The availability of in-house AV equipment and the option to bring in external AV vendors should be confirmed with the ZEN Medicity events team as part of the initial enquiry.

The Lawn's outdoor format is well suited to corporate networking evenings, product launch gatherings, and team celebration dinners, particularly during Gurugram's cooler months from October through February. The change of setting from a conventional indoor conference room or banquet hall can add a distinctive feel to corporate hospitality. The events team can advise on corporate packages and any AV or catering arrangements relevant to business events.

Prospective clients interested in the Lawn are advised to contact the ZEN Medicity events or sales team directly to check date availability and receive a tailored quote.
