The Venues Available

Vadodara's 28 sangeet venues include a strong mix of established hotel properties and resort-style spaces. Vivanta Vadodara and Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace bring polished banquet infrastructure to the table, while Sayaji Vadodara and Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri add further hotel-grade options. For a greener, open-air atmosphere, Banyan Paradise Resort and Savya Greens Resort & Banquets offer resort settings suited to livelier sangeet evenings. Pride Biznotel, Alkapuri and Clarks Collection, Vadodara round out the listing with well-located business-hotel venues. Across the portfolio, named spaces include open decks, tropicana greens, tropicana halls, marigold and lotus halls, and boardrooms — giving event planners real variety in ambience and layout.

Matching Capacity to Your Guest List

The capacity range across Vadodara's sangeet venues runs from as few as 6 guests all the way up to 2,000, making it one of the more flexible cities for sizing your event correctly. The typical functional range sits between 50 and 250 guests, which covers the majority of sangeet functions. Notably, 57 of the venue options here seat under 200 guests — useful if you want a more personal, close-knit evening of music and dance — while 9 venues can accommodate gatherings of 600 or more for larger, multi-family celebrations. Checking capacity first helps narrow choices quickly.
