Capacity Guidance for Academic Ceremonies

Capacities across Vadodara's convocation venues range from 6 to 2,000 guests, with the typical functional range sitting between 40 and 250 — well suited to departmental or faculty-level graduation events. Of the 26 venues, 52 individual spaces fall below the 200-guest mark, making Vadodara particularly well stocked for mid-scale ceremonies that do not require a large auditorium. Only 5 spaces scale above 600 guests, so institutions planning university-wide convocations should shortlist those early. Clarks Collection, Vadodara and Click White House Residency Vadodara are among the venues worth reviewing when matching capacity to your confirmed attendee count.
