Neer

Neer

Drawing its etymology from Southern Indian languages, ‘Neer’ is “water”. This restaurant pays homage to the coastline of India, delving into the authentic cuisine popular along the shores of South India - Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. We bring onto your plate, the dishes which were influenced by the traders and travelers who explored the coastline for hundreds of years. They left behind a touch of their culture, spices, and flavors in the indigenous cuisine, creating a flavorful legacy for the generations ahead. Dine beneath the starry night and pleasant al-fresco setting – make it your rendezvous of choice.

Hebbal Lake

Hebbal Lake is located in the north of Bangalore at the mouth of National Highway 7, along the junction of Bellary Road and the Outer Ring Road (ORR). It was one of the three lakes created in 1537 by Kempe Gowda. Like most lakes or "tanks" in the Bangalore region it was formed by the damming natural valley systems by the construction of bunds. The spread of the lake in a study in 2000 was found to be 75 ha with plans for extending it to make up 143 ha.
