Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is located within Roseate House in Aerocity, the planned hospitality district situated directly adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport. This makes it one of Delhi's most conveniently located ballroom venues for guests travelling by air, significantly reducing transfer times. Exact travel time can vary based on terminal and traffic conditions, so guests are advised to check routing ahead of their event.

Yes, the Grand Ballroom is well suited to large Indian wedding functions, including sangeet ceremonies, mehendi gatherings, and reception dinners. The space is designed to accommodate elaborate décor, mandap setups, and live performances. For specific layout options and the event formats supported, it is best to speak directly with the Roseate House wedding planning team.

Roseate House is a full-service hotel and does offer on-site guest accommodation, which is a significant advantage for wedding parties and multi-day corporate events. Having accommodation within the same property removes the need to arrange external hotel blocks for out-of-town guests. Room availability and group booking arrangements should be confirmed with the hotel's reservations team.

Exact capacity figures for the Grand Ballroom depend on the event format and seating configuration — banquet-style layouts, theatre-style arrangements, and cocktail receptions each accommodate different guest counts. For verified capacity information tailored to your specific event setup, the Roseate House events team should be contacted directly.

Roseate House has its own experienced culinary and F&B team that provides event catering for functions held in the Grand Ballroom. The team works with event hosts to create bespoke menus suited to the occasion and guests' dietary requirements. Whether external caterers are permitted is a policy detail that should be confirmed with the hotel directly.

The Grand Ballroom is equipped with AV infrastructure to support corporate events such as product launches, conferences, and award ceremonies. Specific details on screen size, sound system specifications, lighting rigs, and any in-house technical support team are best confirmed with the Roseate House events department prior to booking.

An open, pillar-free floor plan is understood to be a feature of the Grand Ballroom, which is especially important for events with a central stage, ceremony setup, or live performances where all guests need unobstructed views. This should be verified with the venue directly to confirm current layout configurations.

The Grand Ballroom's neutral, contemporary interior palette is intentionally designed to work as a canvas for a wide range of décor themes, from traditional and ornate to modern and minimalist. The in-house events team can help coordinate décor and work with your chosen decorators. Any restrictions on specific décor types — such as open flames or certain floral installations — should be discussed with the venue team in advance.

As a hotel property in Aerocity, Roseate House is expected to have parking facilities available for guests. The availability of dedicated event parking, valet services, and parking capacity for large guest groups should be confirmed directly with the hotel when planning your event.

Pricing for the Grand Ballroom is typically tailored to the event type, guest count, catering requirements, and date of the booking. Prospective hosts can reach out to the events team at Roseate House through the official website at roseatehotels.com to request a customised quote or check availability for their preferred dates.

Aerocity is served by the Aerocity Metro Station on the Delhi Airport Express Line, which connects directly to New Delhi Railway Station and central parts of the city. This makes Roseate House and the Grand Ballroom accessible by public transport for guests who prefer not to drive. The exact walking distance or transfer arrangement from the metro station to the hotel should be confirmed with the property.

The Grand Ballroom's location within Roseate House in Aerocity — directly adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport — is its most significant logistical advantage for corporate events drawing attendees from multiple cities. Delegates can travel directly from the airport to the venue without crossing the city, and on-site hotel accommodation means the entire event can be consolidated in one location. This combination of access, accommodation, and professional event infrastructure makes it a strong option for leadership summits, product launches, and annual conferences.

The Grand Ballroom and the broader Roseate House property are set up to host multi-function wedding events, making it possible to hold different ceremonies — such as sangeet, mehendi, and the main wedding reception — across consecutive days at the same venue. On-site accommodation further supports extended stays for wedding guests and the wedding party. A detailed event schedule and requirements should be discussed with the hotel's wedding planning team to ensure smooth coordination.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for event bookings at the Grand Ballroom are set out in the venue contract and can vary depending on the event size, lead time, and specific arrangements made with the hotel. It is important to review these terms carefully before signing and to clarify any flexibility requirements with the Roseate House events team at the time of booking.
