The ‘4th Story’ or the 4th floor of Roseate House New Delhi, houses the Club Rooms. Spread across an area of 32 sqm, Club Rooms are specially designed for guests staying for business purposes. Apart from the contemporary design and efficient amenities, these rooms have a multimedia panel with high bandwidth and Wi-Fi for ease of connectivity. These rooms also feature an advanced air purification technology, maintaining an ideal AQI consistently below 10, ensuring pure, fresh air for our guests. The Club Rooms offer exclusive access to the Club Lounge, which further proffers efficient meeting and select dining spaces, including personalized room service for its guests.

Nestled in the tranquillity of the 6th floor of Roseate House New Delhi, the Junior Suite has a large living room, bedroom with elegant interiors and amenities, work space and a commodious bathroom. The Suite is adorned with exclusive works of art, bespoke furnishings and interiors. Spread across an area of 76 sqms, the Junior Suite exudes opulence.

Junior Suite guests enjoy personalised services of a dedicated butler alongside an exclusive access to the Club Lounge facilities, which include usage of well appointed meeting spaces and the service of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

With sleek oak wood flooring, elegant interiors and contemporary amenities, the Terrace Suite redefines luxury. The suite has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, an exclusive work space and an elegant dining area. The unique charm of the Terrace Suite is further defined by the enormous windows draped in earthly toned linen, which open to a spacious terrace allowing natural light to waft inside the room.

The Roseate Suite encompasses 290 sqm of bespoke luxury. The suite consists of two interconnecting, elegantly designed master-bedrooms, a fully equipped pantry for in-suite service, dining area, an exclusive work space and a study.

The Roseate Suite opens to an outdoor, temperature controlled private pool with an open deck that offers an extended view of the airport runway. With Italian marble floors, the Roseate Suite has a large bathroom with twin shower rooms, with steam and a walk-in closet. Round the clock services of a private butler ensure a comfortable, luxurious stay.

Premium Rooms spread across an area of 32 sqm, are contemporary in design, have a large bed, four-fixture bathroom, oak wood flooring, flexible workstation, LED television, high speed Wi-Fi/ internet, an electronic safe, stylish recessed lighting and a responsive climate control panel. Guests have a choice to stay in a Premium Room with a king-size bed or one with twin beds. Chapter 2 rooms offer a breathtaking view of the tarmac at the Indira Gandhi International Airport and the Aerocity.

Deluxe Rooms spread across an area of 32 sqm, are contemporary in design, have a large bed, four-fixture bathroom, flexible workstation, LED television, high speed Wi-Fi/ internet, an electronic safe and a responsive climate control panel. Guests have a choice to stay in a Deluxe room that overlooks the inner courtyard which has a large water body and a cascading waterfall feature or one that overlooks the city. Each room exudes a modern, vibrant ambience.

Qutub Minar is a soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom. The tower has five distinct storeys, each marked by a projecting balcony and tapers from a 15 m diameter at the base to just 2.5 m at the top.At the foot of the tower is the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, the first mosque to be built in India.

Worldmark is a mixed-use commercial development in the Aerocity hospitality district near Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, consisting of premium office and high-end retail and F&B spaces.
