Yes — The Ballroom's high ceilings and generous floor area make it well suited to weddings that include live music, grand entrances, and elaborate floral or centrepiece arrangements. The proportions are designed so that large setups feel grand without the space feeling either overcrowded or cavernous. The events team can advise on layout options to best complement your wedding vision.

The Ballroom can be set up in theatre, classroom, or boardroom-style configurations to suit corporate conferences, leadership summits, and plenary sessions. Audiovisual infrastructure can be arranged to support presentations, panel discussions, and hybrid meetings. The events team can work with planners to customise the setup based on technical and logistical requirements.

The property is located in Golf Links, one of central Delhi's most prestigious and well-connected residential neighbourhoods. It is within easy reach of Khan Market, India Gate, and the diplomatic enclave of Chanakyapuri, making it accessible for guests coming from various parts of the city. Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Metro Station on the Violet Line is among the nearest Metro access points.

The Golf Links address in central Delhi is accessible from Indira Gandhi International Airport via the Delhi Metro's Airport Express Link with an onward connection, or by road. Travel time will vary depending on traffic and mode of transport. Guests travelling from the airport are advised to allow sufficient time, particularly during peak traffic hours.

The Golf Links setting provides space for vehicle movement and arrival coordination, which is important for large events with staggered guest arrivals. For specific details on parking capacity, valet services, and traffic management for your event, please confirm directly with the venue's events team.

Being housed within a hotel property, guests attending events at The Ballroom have access to on-site accommodation, which simplifies logistics considerably for outstation guests and international delegates. This removes the need to arrange separate hotel blocks at a third-party location. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed with the reservations team.

As part of a hotel property, The Ballroom is expected to offer in-house catering services covering a range of cuisine styles and menu formats suited to both social and corporate events. Whether outside caterers are also permitted is a detail that should be confirmed with the events team, as policies can vary.

The Ballroom's lighting is designed to be adaptable — shifting from bright, clear illumination for daytime corporate sessions to ambient, atmospheric settings for evening celebrations. Audiovisual arrangements including screens, projectors, microphones, and sound systems can typically be coordinated through the hotel's events team. Specific technical requirements should be discussed during the planning stage.

The Ballroom accommodates multiple layout formats, including standing cocktail receptions, seated banquet dinners, theatre-style arrangements, and hybrid configurations combining elements of each. This flexibility makes it suitable for events that involve a reception followed by a formal dinner, or corporate sessions that transition into networking receptions. The events team can help plan the flow of the space to suit the programme.

Availability and pricing for The Ballroom are best confirmed by reaching out to the property's events or banqueting team directly, as rates depend on the event date, guest count, configuration, and services required. It is advisable to enquire well in advance for peak wedding and conference seasons in Delhi. The team can provide a tailored proposal once the key event details are shared.

Hosting an event within a hotel property means guests can access on-site dining outlets and concierge services throughout their stay or visit. This is particularly valuable for multi-day conferences or wedding celebrations spread across several functions. Specific outlet timings and services available during events should be confirmed with the hotel team.

Golf Links is one of Delhi's quieter, more established neighbourhoods, offering a degree of privacy and exclusivity that suits confidential or high-profile corporate events. The location, away from the bustle of commercial districts, contributes to a discreet and focused environment for leadership meetings, board dinners, or private celebrations. The hotel setting further supports privacy through professional staff and controlled access.

Décor policies — including whether external florists, decorators, and entertainment vendors are permitted — vary by property and event type. The Ballroom's neutral, classic interior is designed to work well as a canvas for both in-house and custom décor arrangements. Hosts should discuss their specific décor plans and vendor requirements with the events team during the initial planning conversation.
