Alfresco Lawn

Yes, the Alfresco Lawn is an outdoor, open-air venue set within the premises of The Pllazio Hotel in Sector 29, Gurugram. This makes it ideal for events where guests want a natural, expansive setting rather than an enclosed banquet hall. Prospective clients should confirm with the hotel whether any partial covered or shaded sections are available.

As an open-air lawn, the space is subject to weather conditions, so it is important to plan accordingly. Clients are advised to discuss weather backup arrangements directly with the hotel's events team when finalising the booking.

Capacity for the Alfresco Lawn depends on the event format — seated dinners, standing cocktail receptions, and theatre-style setups each accommodate different guest counts. Unlike a standalone farmhouse or banquet lawn, the Alfresco Lawn sits within The Pllazio Hotel, giving clients access to professional event coordination, in-house catering, on-site accommodation, and hotel-grade facilities alongside the open-air setting. This combination reduces the logistical complexity of sourcing separate vendors for catering, service staff, and guest lodging. For events that need both an outdoor ambiance and reliable hospitality infrastructure, this is a meaningful advantage.
