Choice Garden

Choice Garden is an outdoor garden space, offering an open-air setting beneath the sky rather than an enclosed banquet hall. This makes it particularly attractive for ceremonies and celebrations where the natural ambience of a garden adds to the experience. Guests should confirm with the property whether temporary sheltering or marquee options are available for weather contingency.

Specific capacity figures for Choice Garden should be confirmed directly with the events team at Velvet Clarks Exotica, as the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated may vary depending on the seating style and event layout. Reaching out to the property with the planned event format will help get an accurate figure.

Because Choice Garden is an outdoor venue, weather contingency planning is an important part of the booking conversation. Prospective clients are advised to ask the Velvet Clarks Exotica events team about available backup arrangements, such as access to indoor banquet spaces or marquee-style covers, when confirming their booking.

As a full-service hotel, Velvet Clarks Exotica has an in-house catering team that typically supports events held across the property, including at Choice Garden. Velvet Clarks Exotica offers in-house décor coordination as part of its integrated event services, which can simplify planning for hosts who prefer a single point of contact. Whether external decorators are also permitted to work in the space is a detail best confirmed with the property's events team before finalising vendor arrangements.
