Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space within the Fortune Select Global hotel premises. Since it is exposed to the elements, prospective clients are advised to discuss weather contingency arrangements — such as temporary marquee or canopy structures — directly with the hotel's events team when planning events during monsoon or extreme-weather seasons.

Capacity figures for the Lawn depend on the event format, seating layout, and any staging or décor installations planned. Exact capacity details should be confirmed directly with the Fortune Select Global events team, as arrangements can vary considerably between a seated dinner and a standing cocktail reception.

Yes, in-house catering from the Fortune Select Global kitchen is available for events held at the Lawn. The culinary team is experienced in delivering both multi-course plated dinners and large-format buffet spreads suited to outdoor settings. Specific menu options and packages can be discussed with the hotel's banqueting team during the enquiry process.

Policies on external caterers and vendors vary and are subject to the hotel's guidelines. It is recommended that clients confirm with the Fortune Select Global events team which external vendors — including decorators, AV suppliers, and caterers — are permitted on the property before making any independent bookings.

The hotel's banqueting and events team coordinates décor and AV arrangements as part of the event planning process. The open format of the Lawn gives décor teams considerable freedom, accommodating setups from floral canopy installations and string lighting for evening receptions to clean, minimal arrangements for daytime functions. Specific AV equipment availability should be confirmed with the events team.

Wedding-related functions — including cocktail evenings, mehendi ceremonies, engagement parties, and reception dinners — are among the most popular uses of the Lawn. The open-air setting provides photographic appeal and allows guests to move freely, which makes it particularly well suited to celebration-format events. The hotel's events team can advise on packages tailored to multi-function wedding bookings.

The hotel is located in Sector 32, Gurugram, with Huda City Centre Metro Station on the Yellow Line being among the nearest metro access points. The Yellow Line connects Gurugram to central Delhi and the broader NCR metro network, making the venue reachable for guests travelling without personal vehicles. Guests are advised to verify the exact walking or cab distance from the station when planning.

Fortune Select Global has on-site parking available within the hotel premises, which accommodates guests arriving by personal vehicle or cab. This is a practical advantage over standalone venues in denser urban areas where parking can be a logistical challenge. For large events, it is advisable to inform the hotel's team in advance so parking arrangements can be managed accordingly.

Yes, the hotel is situated in Sector 32, Gurugram, with access from NH-48, the Delhi–Gurgaon Expressway, making it reachable for guests travelling from Delhi and other parts of NCR. The location in a key commercial corridor also means it is convenient for attendees based in nearby corporate campuses and business parks. Cab and ride-hailing services connect the hotel to the expressway and surrounding sectors readily.

Fortune Select Global is a hotel property and offers guest room accommodation for attendees travelling from out of town. Couples or corporate organisers planning events at the Lawn can enquire about room-block arrangements for guests who need to stay overnight. Specific room availability and rates should be confirmed with the hotel's reservations or events team.

As an outdoor venue within a hotel in a residential and commercial area of Gurugram, the Lawn may be subject to local noise regulations and the hotel's own operational guidelines. Event planners should confirm the permitted event hours and any sound-level restrictions with the Fortune Select Global team before finalising entertainment or live music arrangements.

The Lawn is an open-air space that offers natural light, open skies, and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the hotel's enclosed banquet halls. This makes it a popular choice for planners who want an event that feels distinct from a traditional ballroom setting. The ambient character of the space also shifts naturally between day and evening, adding a dimension that indoor venues typically cannot replicate.

Enquiries about availability, pricing, and event packages for the Lawn can be directed to the Fortune Select Global banqueting and events team. The hotel's official website at itchotels.com lists contact details for the property. It is advisable to reach out well in advance, particularly for peak wedding and festive seasons when demand for outdoor event spaces in Gurugram tends to be high.

The Lawn's location in Sector 32 places it within close proximity to several major corporate campuses and business parks concentrated in that corridor, reducing travel time for office-based attendees. The hotel's infrastructure — including backup power, professional service staff, and in-house catering — ensures events run smoothly without the operational gaps that purely standalone outdoor venues can present. The al fresco setting also provides a refreshing change of environment for corporate groups accustomed to conference rooms.
