Boulders 2 is one of the dedicated event venues at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, a full-service hotel located in Shamshabad — the area that places it directly within the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport precinct. Designed as a self-contained banquet and meeting space, Boulders 2 carries the character that defines the Novotel brand: contemporary interiors, practical elegance, and a layout built to adapt. Whether the occasion calls for rows of conference chairs or round tables dressed for a gala dinner, the room is engineered to shift between formats without losing its sense of occasion. The interior palette is neutral and refined, allowing event décor to take centre stage rather than compete with the architecture.
Being part of a property that sits at the intersection of the airport corridor and the city's southern business belt, Boulders 2 benefits from the hotel's full infrastructure — professional event management support, in-house catering, and seamless access to all hotel services. The space is well-suited to groups arriving from out of town or overseas, since the hotel's proximity to the terminal means delegates can move from runway to boardroom — or from runway to reception hall — with minimal transit time.
Boulders 2 is a versatile venue that caters to a broad spectrum of private and corporate events. Corporate planners frequently choose it for conferences, seminars, product launches, and offsite strategy meetings, drawn by the professional environment and the hotel's reliable audiovisual and technical support. Social events — milestone birthday celebrations, engagement parties, and family gatherings — find an equally comfortable home here, with the in-house banqueting team able to tailor menus and arrangements to the occasion.
The venue is also a considered choice for wedding-related functions: pre-wedding celebrations, cocktail evenings, and post-wedding brunches sit naturally within the space, benefiting from the hotel's catering expertise and the convenience of on-site guest accommodation for out-of-town families. Hybrid and multi-day events are accommodated with support from the wider Novotel Hyderabad Airport events team, which coordinates across the property's full portfolio of meeting and banquet spaces.
Novotel Hyderabad Airport's position in Shamshabad makes Boulders 2 one of Hyderabad's most accessible event spaces for guests travelling from across India or internationally. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is the immediate neighbour, putting the venue within a very short transfer for arriving guests and virtually eliminating the city-centre traffic that can affect event timings. The hotel is also connected to the broader Hyderabad road network, making it reachable from HITEC City, Gachibowli, and the Old City through the Outer Ring Road.
On-site parking is available through the hotel, and the property's scale means that accommodation for event guests can typically be arranged in the same building — a practical advantage for multi-day conferences or destination weddings drawing attendees from multiple cities. The combination of airport adjacency, modern facilities, and full hotel services makes Boulders 2 a compelling choice for event planners who need reliability above all else.
