Grand Ballroom 1

Yes, Grand Ballroom 1 is a pillar-free ballroom, which provides unobstructed sightlines for all guests regardless of where they are seated. This makes it especially practical for events with a central stage, a large screen, or elaborate décor that benefits from an open floor plan.

The ballroom is equipped with built-in sound systems, projection capabilities, and adjustable lighting. These can be configured to suit different event formats, from a warmly lit wedding reception to a brightly lit corporate conference. For specific technical requirements, it is best to confirm the full AV inventory with the hotel's events team.

Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center has an in-house catering team that handles food and beverage for events. Menus can range from traditional Indian cuisine to multi-cuisine spreads, accommodating both sit-down dinners and cocktail-style receptions. Specific menu packages and pricing should be discussed directly with the catering team when enquiring.

The ballroom features controlled lighting that can be adjusted to match the tone of the event — softer and warmer for wedding receptions or livelier settings, and brighter for corporate presentations or conferences. Clients should confirm the exact lighting control options available with the venue's events team at the time of booking.
