Scarlet 1 is a dedicated event venue within the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, one of the most prominent full-service convention hotels in east Bengaluru. Positioned within a property that was purpose-built to accommodate large-scale business and social events, Scarlet 1 offers a refined, contemporary setting that works equally well for corporate gatherings and celebratory occasions. The room is part of the broader Scarlet suite of event spaces at the hotel, giving planners the option to use it independently or in combination with adjacent halls depending on the scale of their event.
The interiors reflect the Sheraton Grand's signature approach to event design — clean architectural lines, professional lighting infrastructure, and a neutral palette that can be adapted to almost any décor theme. The space is fully air-conditioned and fitted with modern audiovisual equipment, making it ready to serve both presentation-heavy corporate sessions and elegantly styled social functions without requiring extensive third-party technical setup.
Scarlet 1 is well suited to a broad spectrum of events. Corporate clients frequently use the space for board meetings, training workshops, product launches, and mid-sized conferences, while social hosts find it an appealing choice for engagement ceremonies, birthday milestones, and pre-wedding functions. The Sheraton Grand Whitefield's experienced events team handles end-to-end coordination, from menu planning through the hotel's in-house catering to floor-plan setup and vendor management, reducing the logistical burden on organisers.
Catering at the property draws on the hotel's established culinary team, with the ability to offer multi-cuisine menus spanning Indian, Continental, and Asian options. Guests can work with the banquets team to design a menu that reflects the occasion — whether a formal sit-down dinner or a cocktail-style reception with live stations.
The Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield sits in Whitefield, a major commercial and residential hub in east Bengaluru that is home to several large IT parks, corporate campuses, and retail destinations. This location makes Scarlet 1 a practical choice for corporate events whose attendees are based in or travelling to the tech corridor — the hotel is well connected to ITPL (International Tech Park Bengaluru) and the broader Whitefield business district.
For guests arriving from central Bengaluru or from Kempegowda International Airport, the hotel is accessible via the Outer Ring Road as well as the Namma Metro Purple Line, which has extended services toward Whitefield. The property offers substantial on-site parking for guests driving in, and its status as a full-service Sheraton means that outstation attendees can also arrange accommodation on-site, making multi-day events and conferences particularly convenient to host.
