Pool Lawn

The Pool Lawn is an open-air, outdoor space that uses the hotel's pool as a visual backdrop. Because it is exposed to the elements, event hosts planning gatherings during the monsoon season or extreme summer months should discuss weather contingency arrangements directly with the hotel's events team. The property may be able to arrange temporary canopy or shamiyana structures depending on the event, and it is advisable to confirm those options when booking.

Exact capacity figures for the Pool Lawn — whether for a seated dinner, cocktail-style standing reception, or a staged event setup — should be confirmed directly with the events team at Gurmon Hotels, as the numbers depend on the specific layout and furniture configuration chosen. Reaching out to the hotel with your event format and preferred seating style will allow them to provide an accurate capacity figure for your occasion.

Gurmon Hotels is a full-service hotel property and provides in-house catering support for events held at the Pool Lawn. The events team can coordinate food and beverage arrangements covering everything from cocktail snacks and live counters to full multi-course dinners. Specific menu options, cuisine styles, and dietary accommodations are best discussed with the hotel's catering team during the planning process.

Policies on outside caterers and third-party vendors vary by property and event type. As Gurmon Hotels has its own in-house catering and event services infrastructure, any requirements for external vendors — including decorators, entertainment acts, or outside food suppliers — should be discussed and confirmed with the events team prior to booking. Some vendors may need to be pre-approved by the hotel.

The open-air character of the Pool Lawn makes it a versatile backdrop for a wide range of décor styles — from floral and traditional setups for wedding functions to clean, branded installations for corporate events. The hotel can connect event hosts with décor and setup coordination, though the specifics of what is included versus what must be arranged externally should be confirmed with the events team. Lighting setups, floral arrangements, and stage or podium configurations are typical elements that can be discussed during the planning stage.

The hotel offers on-site parking, which is a practical advantage for events at the Pool Lawn where guests are likely to arrive by personal vehicle from across Gurugram and the wider NCR. The capacity of the parking area and any arrangements for valet or managed parking during large events should be confirmed directly with the hotel. For very large gatherings, it is advisable to discuss overflow parking options in advance.
