Weather contingency arrangements — such as partial cover, canopy options, or alternative indoor spaces within the hotel — should be confirmed directly with The Westin Gurugram's events team when booking. It is advisable to discuss a backup plan at the time of contracting, particularly for events scheduled during the monsoon season.

Specific capacity figures for Elevate depend on the event format — standing cocktail receptions typically accommodate more guests than seated dinners. For accurate capacity numbers suited to your event layout, please reach out to The Westin Gurugram's events team directly, as they can provide configuration-specific figures.
