Pool Lower Deck

Exact capacity figures for the Pool Lower Deck depend on the event setup — seated dinners, cocktail-style arrangements, and ceremony layouts each use the space differently. It is best to contact the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon events team directly with your preferred configuration so they can confirm the appropriate guest count for your occasion.

The Pool Lower Deck is an open-air space set at pool level within the hotel grounds. Because Gurugram experiences both monsoon rains and extreme summer heat, it is advisable to discuss weather contingency arrangements with the hotel's events team when booking — Crowne Plaza Gurgaon has indoor banqueting facilities that can serve as an alternative if conditions require a change of plan.

As a full-service Crowne Plaza property, the hotel offers in-house catering services managed by its food and beverage team. The catering options, menu customisation, and any policies regarding external caterers or vendors should be confirmed with the events coordinator at the time of enquiry.

Yes, the deck's pool backdrop and open-air setting make it a popular choice for wedding-adjacent celebrations such as cocktail receptions, mehendi ceremonies, and engagement soirées. The hotel's banqueting team can assist with end-to-end event coordination, décor arrangements, and catering to ensure these occasions run smoothly.

Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, as a full-service hotel, offers audiovisual support for events. Because the Pool Lower Deck is an open-air space, specific AV configurations — such as outdoor sound systems, lighting rigs, or projection equipment — should be discussed in advance with the events team to confirm what is available and what can be arranged.

The hotel is located in Sector 29, Gurugram, one of the city's most active leisure and dining districts. The Millennium City Centre MG Road Metro Station is nearby, and the property is well connected by road and ride-hailing services, making it straightforward for guests arriving from across the NCR region to reach.

The hotel is accessible from Indira Gandhi International Airport via the NH-48 expressway, making it a practical choice when a portion of the guest list is travelling from out of town or internationally. The precise travel time will vary with traffic, so guests arriving by road or cab should allow extra time during peak hours.

On-site parking is available at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, which means guests arriving by car do not need to rely on street parking in the surrounding Sector 29 commercial area. Details on parking capacity and any valet arrangements should be confirmed with the hotel directly when planning your event.

The Pool Lower Deck is well suited to corporate social formats, including sundowner networking events, brand activations, and product launch gatherings. The pool backdrop and open-air setting provide a visually distinctive environment that can elevate a corporate occasion beyond a standard indoor meeting room. The events team can tailor setup and catering to match a corporate brief.

The hotel's in-house events team can advise on décor arrangements and preferred vendor partnerships for the Pool Lower Deck. Because the pool backdrop already provides a strong visual element, many event planners find that decorative investment can be kept relatively focused. Specific options, including whether external décor vendors are permitted, should be discussed during the planning consultation.

Crowne Plaza Gurgaon is a full-service hotel with multiple event and banqueting facilities. Guests at the Pool Lower Deck can move between the outdoor deck and the hotel's indoor spaces, which is particularly useful when weather or event flow requires flexibility. The events team can walk you through the full range of spaces available and how they can be combined.

Open-air venues in urban hotel settings in India are generally subject to local municipal noise regulations, which may include curfews on amplified music. The specific operational guidelines for the Pool Lower Deck — including permitted event hours and sound level arrangements — should be clarified with the hotel's events team before finalising your booking.
