Convention Hall 2

Yes, Convention Hall 2 is designed as a column-free space, which means guests and delegates enjoy unobstructed sightlines across the entire floor area. This is a significant advantage for conferences, award ceremonies, and gala dinners where clear visibility to a stage or podium is important. It also gives event designers greater freedom when planning décor and layout.

Capacity in Convention Hall 2 varies depending on the seating configuration chosen — theatre-style, banquet rounds, classroom, or cocktail standing all yield different numbers. The venue team recommends confirming exact capacity figures for your preferred setup directly with the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC events office before finalising your guest list.

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC operates its own professional kitchen and banquet catering team, and in-house catering is typically the default for events held within the HICC complex. Whether external catering is permitted is subject to the venue's current policy, so organisers should confirm this detail when enquiring about a booking.

Convention Hall 2 sits within a purpose-built international convention facility and is equipped with professional audio-visual infrastructure suitable for large conferences and hybrid events with broadcast requirements. Specific details on screens, sound systems, lighting rigs, rigging points, and connectivity should be confirmed with the technical team at HICC, as configurations can be tailored to the nature of each event.

Given HICC's background in hosting international conventions and large corporate gatherings, the facility is experienced in supporting hybrid event formats that combine in-person attendance with live streaming or virtual participation. Organisers planning hybrid productions should discuss their specific broadcast and connectivity requirements with the venue's technical events team during the planning stage.

The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC is located in Kondapur, in close proximity to HITEC City, Hyderabad's primary information technology hub. This makes Convention Hall 2 a practical choice for corporate events where many delegates are based in the surrounding technology district, minimising travel time for attendees coming from that part of the city.

The property is accessible from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport via the Outer Ring Road. Guests are advised to check current travel times with the hotel or via a navigation service before the event, as road conditions and traffic patterns can affect journey duration. The venue team can also assist with airport transfer recommendations for large delegations.

The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC campus offers on-site parking to support large-scale events where a significant number of guests arrive by private vehicle. For events with very high vehicle volumes, it is worth confirming parking capacity and any valet or managed parking arrangements directly with the venue team when finalising event logistics.

Yes, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC is an integrated hotel and convention property, which means guest rooms are available on the same campus. This is particularly convenient for multi-day conferences or international delegations where attendees benefit from staying immediately adjacent to the event venue. Room block reservations for event delegates can be discussed with the hotel's sales team.

The HICC complex is designed to support multiple simultaneous events across its various halls and meeting spaces, which is a key advantage for large organisations running parallel sessions, breakout rooms, or concurrent programmes. Organisers should confirm availability and any shared-facility considerations with the events team when multiple spaces are required on the same date.

Prospective clients can reach out to the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC events and sales team via the official website at novotelhyderabad.com to request availability and a customised quote. The hall's neutral, contemporary interiors and high ceilings make it a versatile canvas for a wide range of décor concepts, from formal corporate aesthetics to elaborate themed banquet settings. The venue works with its in-house team and approved vendors to support various setup configurations. Clients should discuss preferred décor themes and any vendor requirements with the events coordinator during the planning process.

As part of a modern, purpose-built international convention centre integrated with a full-service Novotel hotel, the facility is built to accommodate the accessibility needs of a diverse delegate base.
